My money is being deducted without my knowledge many times

On 3rd July-2023, 719Rs were debited from my account. Please refund my money as soon as possible.

On 3rd March, 2023, I have made a recharge of Rs. 99 through Google pay which got successful, after sometime the same amount got deducted from my account by some EuronetGpay without my knowledge. I haven't tried any payment like this. Please help me to get back the money, also I would like to know why is this happening.
