We have paid for AMC for 2 years by EUROSMILE, which is Service division of EUREKA FORBES. Whenever we face isssues with the Purifier, Service stafff are not picking calls and not giving quality service.

AMC has been paid for 2 years from 16/04/19 to 15/04/21. However, technician has not come to do scheduled service even after one year. The Aquaguard Enhance RO + UV water filter is not filtering properly. This is causing me great difficulty and giving impure water.

20 june 2016 we had contacted forbes for a service complait of ro water purifier.

The mechanic by name mahadev in unform attended the complaint. Change the filters and charged 3500/-

The receipt given contains alegend, this is not valid receipt. Not abill dont pay against this report.

We paid 3500 in cash

Please clarify as to 1- if the mechanic is authorised to colelct cash

2- is the rate of 3500/- is propper one?

My contract receipt number is 20690585 valid upto 24.7.12.The water tape is not working properly.The Euro helpline is 39883333 ,which is not responding.Attend the fault with one day advance information to my mobile number [protected] R.Siva,
