I ordered a gaming chair from the website Evashoppers.com and paid rs 499/- via Paytm after the discount. Although I do not have an account on this website, I have filled out the following details:

I have not received any confirmation or any delivery date from this website. Because I have not registered an account on this, I am unable to monitor the delivery status for the purchase at this time.

I attempted to phone(+91 [protected]) them using the number listed on the website; however, the number is a spam line and is no longer in service.

Desired resolution: They can either refund the money or confirm with a tracking number and deliver the items to my delivery address.

Suggestion: Please don't show incorrect details for this fraudulent activity, please understand people are visiting this site and even trying to buy things because they can't find the particular item on other websites at this cheap rate, now the person is trying to buy the product they are your vulnerable consumers who will do mouth publicity for your website which will increase your user this fraudulent activity will not help to grow this business rather it will make this worse.

I purchased a fridge but I don't receive it. I paid by paytm. The number is given is not exist and e-mail is not replied. Please help

Paid Ra.1099/- online & got a confirmation mail for order from a different site / mail id as the one given on its sure is non functional & mobile nos.given also not working. No delivery time given .

On 5th May, 2022, I paid 1, 238 INR online for 2 jackets on this website.

I have not received a confirmation email regarding my order from them. I called the number (+91 [protected]) provided on their website but the number does not exist. I have emailed at the email address ([protected]@evashoppers.com) provided on their website as well. I have not received the items I paid for.

My netbanking has a record of my payment transaction along with all the details. I will be contacting my bank to rectify this issue.

I request a full refund of INR 1, 238 immediately.

I have purchased bean bag of worth 200 rs from this site but I didn't get any order summary. this site is fraud. I had done payment through gpay but now I am not getting any order confirmation and summary

I have paid for office chair through online and later on came to know that it’s a fraudulent website. It’s not about the money that I lost, but lof of our citizens is loosing money through this.
Please take necessary action for the same.

Ordered Phillips rice cooker on 28th Apr 2022, paid Rs.920 through net banking.
Received order no. 147078 from Eva Shoppers.
No product delivered or no response after that. No contact numbers to call and check the status. No option to track the order.

Please help get the refund atleast as this is not a small amount.

I have paid Rs.1099 for a symphony cooler but no order confirmation received on mail. After I tried to contact on no which is invalid.

Sir, I had ordered a fridge from Eva shoppers. My order no was 131184 and I paid an amount of 1299 to Eva shoppers on 14 Apr 23. But not get any response from them. So I cancelled my order on 15 Apr 22. But not get any response from the company and not get refund yet.

I have ordered the product VELVET 5 IN 1 SOFA AIR BED ORANGE COLOUR from this website order bearing #123013 on 9th of April 2022 and i made online payment the amount has been debited since then iam trying to track the order it show processing till now nor I got the tracking id of product nor delivery time, I tried to call to this number +91 [protected] which they provided on there website is invalid/wrong number and unable to contact them, kindly do the needful as soon as possible.

I had ordered a mini laptop worth rupees 3000 from this scam website. They didn't deliver my product till now. It's been 3months now. And the number they put up on the website is switched off. This fraudster needs to be caught asap and should be punished. He looted many people's money. Customers money should be paid back by this fraudster. And the website should be taken down asap.

"Wearable devices smart watches earphones and headphones smart watch with ear buds wireless earphone accessories" was ordered. I paid a sum amount of rs.399 online. The money is transacted. Later I realized it's a scam and I really wish you help me and others who faced the same.
