Hi, I ordered a ghaghra set via their Instagram page and paid Rs. 2300 on GPay to the barcode they gave (there was rs 150 off and faster delivery for prepaid orders). But they sent it via COD basically forcing me to pay twice. I tried to get in touch with them to request that they resend as prepaid order but ever since then they have not responded.

I have ordered a dress from instagram by Cash on delivery. they sent me some other saree instead of what i ordered. they also had 15 days return/refund policy. after calling/texting multiple times they dont reply. i have lost 2150 rupees and got cheated by company. please delete the account from instagram and take necessary action so that no other user gets cheated.
