I am pravin bhalerao. I have booked a flat and made agreement on 6th june 2017. At that time agreement, 95% of construction work is completed. I have paid complete vat & service tax at the time of agreement. Flat's total price is 31, 70000 rs. And i paid 1, 70000 rs. At the time of agreement. Now builder demanding for gst on remaining flat's cost (I. E 300000 rs.)
Is am i applicable to pay gst. If yes, how much gst i have to pay? And...

Dear Sir,
I booked a flat in IRIS of Everest Countryside a project being developed by Everest Developers on June 02, 2010 and final disbursement of payment is paid to Builder on July 03, 2010.
After final payment final Snag list is being cleared mutually on July 31,2010.
Since then the Builder is not clearing possession of my flat due to VAT which need to be paid. But builder is not giving any...
