Evershine Holidays Complaints & Reviews

During our visit to Mussorrie, my husband and I were approached by a representative offering a voucher for a membership with Evershine Holidays club. They explained that we could pay 49, 950/- in installments over two years without any additional charges. They also assured us that we would have access to high-quality 4-star or 5-star hotels with breakfast and dinner included (MAP plan). We agreed to the offer and made the purchase. However, when the payments were deducted, they were based on a one-year installment plan instead of the promised two years. We didn't initially confront them about this discrepancy.

The main issue we encountered is the constant harassment from their staff members, namely Mr. Kaushal Rai, Mr. Kunal and Ms. Namrata, whenever we tried to book a hotel. They demanded Annual Maintenance Charges (AMC) every time, despite it not being mentioned during the sales presentation. Out of the 22 hotel nights included in the package, we have only utilized three so far and 19 nights left and each booking has been filled with problems. Sometimes they had difficulties with the booking process and on other occasions, they even canceled our dinner reservations. Furthermore, the properties they provided were not up to the promised 4-star or 5-star standard.
When we expressed our dissatisfaction and questioned their behavior, they responded rudely and claimed that the company has now closed. Moreover, they are continuously saying do what you can do. We are extremely frustrated with their services. We kindly request either a refund of our payment or the provision of the amenities and services originally promised to us when we purchased the package.

On 19th April 2022, during our trip to Mussoorie, we were contacted by Evershine Holiday’s representative Mr Kunal and Shivani to buy the membership for five years for Rs.90, 000 .Membership ID EC[protected] for 1 B R studio C P . We were told that they would provide booking in 4/5 star group of hotels /resorts, free airport pick up and drop, provide cab at 10/12 rd / km across India etc And many other features like easy online booking and availability of rooms at any time.
They also said that we can cancel the membership If not satisfied.
Actually they gave us a very tempting offer that they would give us booking in 4 /5 Star group of hotels or resorts such as Marriott, Hyatt, Radison, Le Meridien, Holiday inn etc at selective places as Evershine Holiday has tie-up with those groups and they have room allocated in this group of hotels. But after making repeated calls and follow up, they never gave the name of places where rooms are available in these 4/5 star hotel or resort .
It was all FAKE ! FAKE!
Every time we got only list of old 1/2 star hotels which were not even worth of Rs.2000.
Also we were told that we will get seven night booking Per yr but in the contract copy they mentioned as seven days ( 6 N ) per yr .
Repeated calls and messages were made to Kunal and Shivani. But every time they say I will call back and avoided calls and later stopped taking calls. Now Mr Kunal says that he’s left the company
Evershine company has cheated us.
They did not provide us with any of the things they had committed.
It’s one year now ….. At
the time of taking membership, I did not had money so I taken credit loan of 90, 000 and paid immediately. I have paid all the instalments till now with interest .
Now they are asking for AMC otherwise days will be lapsed.
I want to cancel my membership and get full refund with interest as earliest.
