Fraudulent activity
I had ordered earrings from everstylish.com and the quality was so cheap that's why I returned the product and asked for a store credit. Now after this i am not able to login the app, they have taken away my access so that I might use my store credit and they have to return the money.. I had reached their customer support team through call and mail still no resolution have been provided. They just keep saying please wait. They are using this technique of not giving customer's to login and eating all the money after the product is returned. Please take action against this company so that any other customer don't suffer from this.

Full money back instead of store credit
I purchased from everstylish few weeks back but when I received the products I was totally shocked as the products quality was really really bad, the product would break down at any point of the time. And definitely products were the cheapest possible replica of what they show in the pictures so made a return request and they said since it was cash on delivery, I could only get a store credit. They do not mention this thing in their return policy and I don't need a store credit as I am not at all interested in buying any products from everstylish now. I simply want my full money back. I am trying contact them through call and emails. The support team just says that it is not in their hand and reach out through the emails. When I send emails, I just receive generic response. They do not even care for their customer service.

The item was supposed to be Expected Dispatch Date: Between Jan 20, 2023 To Jan 27, 2023
And the Delivery Date: Between Jan 21, 2023 To Jan 31, 2023.
It’s been a month and I haven't got any notification regarding the the product status. I have also made a complain in the given mail id. but every-time i do it's directed to the website by asking to file in MY QUERIES which doesn't seems to be working.
Aslo, attaching the quires I have done from the website.
I have made a second complaint regarding the products also and still no responses and the customer number does not help at all. This is really very upsetting that nothing is being done from the everstylish.
Please do get it sorted, it's a humble request.

Refund of money back to the bank account

After receiving my order of earrings of RS., i found the product to be of very cheap quality, which wasnt visible clearly on the website due to misrepresentation of the facts .So i returned the product and now the amount has been transferred to the store credit on the website, but they are not transferring my money back to my account, as requested.
Since the quality is so low and size also differs a lot as that shown on the website, it is impossible foe me to buy anything else from the website, so I want my genuine money back, which they are denying, which is so simply being done by all other e-retailers in the country. This policy of the company is so against the spirit of the consumer protection act, which must be dealt with.

Lost my product
It was a reverse product. It has been 15 days since I have returned the products of worth 426 INR. I have contacted them. Now their courier service says it's lost. very much Disappointed.refund my product or give me the store credits.

Pickup boy denies to take the products and told talk to customer care but they are not resolving any issue
I had placed 3 orders of jewellery which is of 475 but 2 boxes were empty and 1 was totally different as shown in picture, i mailed them regarding this still they are not providing any resolution and they had asked some documents i sended them but no revert reply fron 3 days.. Plz look into matter and solve it.

So i ordered earings on everstylish. Com but i have got extra pair of earrings for which i got charged
552. So i returned extra pair of earings to get my money back
The boho jhumkis oxidised earning i ordered - 178 rupees and dotted dangling hoops= 98 rupees so total is 276 but with extra pairs of same earrings i have got charged 552 which means
2 pairs of jhumkis =178+178
2 pairs of dangling dotted hoops =98+98 which is total of 552.so i returned extra pairs yesterday on 6 th November 2021.they said they would return my money back but they havent.

I had placed an order, but did cancel it too after a few minutes. But, my money hasn't been refunded yet. Whenever i call the customer care they say the money is refunded and they're ready to send the transaction receipt. Till date i haven't received the receipt or the money. They have a very poor sevice and doesn't care for the customer. Such websites should be stopped.
