I ordered some jewelry from this site but their delivery date was showing of 10 days later so I canceled their product but after canceling they shipped the product and it was showing out for delivery in 2 days and then I returned the product to them but they have initiated the refund till now. Their status is pending.

First I cancelled my purchase from their website before the items were shipped but next it was showing items are out for delivery. Then I returned the product without opening it and they picked it from my house and till now their status is showing pending and no refund has been done till now.

They are not returning my money to my bank account and I’m not able to access their website too

I have placed the order on 21st September 2022 and its has reached my destination Hyderabad city on 1st October 2022 and from then they keep delaying saying DELHIVERY partner issue and not even providing me the address to go self pick up as they mentioned if not delivered within today you can go pick we will provide you.! But its been repeating same thing making me frustrated as I will be leaving the city and move to other city! But they keep saying its been prioritized and please wait!
ONE OF WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT and CANT HANDLE EVEN THIER ORDERS !!! Needed to wait amore than 20 days to just keep hearing please wait we prioritized same stupid fooling words!

They had given me damaged products and then I returned the products and it's been over 2weeks and still I didn't get a refund back. And Every time, I call their customer care, they ask me to wait for another 10-15days and they ensure me, to pay the return back, but I haven't have got anything till yet.Also, in the RMA section, no policies were written or pre~declared. They're saying that they don't provide for refund in case of COD(that's written no where in their website).
I want my money back and this site to get obsoleted !

The above mentioned product delivered to me is found damaged. i would like to return it and take .

My order [protected] is not been delivered yet and showing it’s already been delivered.
Even I didn't received any call on arrival and OTP confirmation yet it’s delivered. Best part is I was out of town that day!!
How can the delivery person deliver the parcel to anybody without asking the OTP!!

I booked the order with everstylish.com (order id[protected]) on[protected], and with conversation with customer care I got to know that product got delivered on[protected] but I haven't received the order yet.Kindly get the order delivered or refund the amount.

Hi my order number is [protected]. I have received very low quality and damaged products. they are not providing refund saying no refund for COD orders. but in the products page they cheat customer saying easy returns.

Quality of product is not good.. my packed jewellery is turn into black…

I had made an order on 16th Feb 2021 and I didn't receive my order for over a month so I canceled it. But this order had already been paid for and it has been 2 months since the cancelation and I still haven't received my refund. I have called customer care four times and every time they have told me to either wait for 2 weeks or have told me that I will receive a mail. None of this has happened and every time I call they keep me waiting for so long before they pick the call. Their customer care service is so poor. Out of all the times that I have called, they have picked my call only 4 times. In the latest call I made, I demanded immediate action and the lady from customer care hung up on me. I looked it up online and I have come to realist that Everstylish has been doing this to a lot of customers. If only they were aware of the poor image that they have created for themselves. I want my refund as soon as possible. They cannot keep scamming their customers like this.

They are not responding to my request of cancellation of an order which is not shipped yet.

As per the return, refund/credit policy, Everstylish promised to return the amount in the form of store credit that can be used for future purchase.Its been 1 month, not getting amount in store credit.Called many times to [protected]@Everstylish customer care they are not responding.
Please take necessary action against https://everstylish.com.

I have ordered few earrings but they cud not ship it within 5 days hence i cancelled my order on 20th march 2020. They said on 21st that refund is already initiated but til now on 14th april money is not credited bin my account. All other online companies are working fine in this lock down with work from home facilities. But they are taking advantage of this situation and commuting fraud and cheating customers. Kindly cancel their license and do in-depth checking

Hi,
I placed an order through this site and total 6 items i have ordered but only 3 i have received and other 3 expensive items not received.
I have raised complaint so many times but no response and resolution provided by team. I lost my money.
Even they blamed me for this, not urself and courier company. After so many followups they have shared fake video with me. All evidences i have.
These kind of fake sites we should stop.
Can i get any resolution from your side?
If you want more evidences plz let me know.

This is rizwana. I have ordered some jewellery from everstylish.com site.. But i got damage product. I have givin the request for the replacement, but no one is giving response. Even i sent mail also but no one is replying. Also they are not ready to refund my amount..

I had ordered a dress on everstylish.com.. the dress was completly different as it was reflecting on their site.. when i asked to return they said that they will not be refunding money.. only exchange option is available.. again i have ordered 1 more dress in exchange of the old1..
once again the dress i received was really bad..
dress meterial is too cheep.
its completely different from as it was reflecting on site.. i can not even wear it once..
Now i can not exchange anything as icnt trust this site anymore. products and images are fake.

Please help me in getting my money back.
