Honda activa 6g service center complaint - kerala trivandrum

Sir,
I have given my Activa 6G for periodic service to a nearby authorised Honda service centre, (EVM MOTORS Neyyattinkara). After taking back my vehicle after service there is a sound coming from the back tire side while riding, by checking that we have found that the back tire nuts were not tightened, this was a serious issue that may even cause an accident,
I want a necessary step regarding this incident as soon as possible.

3. Cone Complaint – Due to this the handle of the vehicle was tight and right turn was tedious.
Service centre persons argued this as the tight cable problem
1. Rectified the above mentioned complaints by replacements and billed me for this

Cable changed and billed me for this
OTHER GENERAL COMPLAINTS
1. While riding the bike, regular stopping on the run of the vehicle (due to the blockage of the carburettor).
When I reported this to the EVM Service Centre piravom,
I think this due to the improper alignment of the Chassis.
LATEST COMPLAINTS
1. Engine Cover fuel leakage and gasket complaint.
2. Chain and Socket Complaint. This has been a regular complaint after the first service onwards. I went 12 times to the service centre for rectifying the problem of “unwanted sound while riding”. At the initial stage the service persons reversed the chain then they applied grease on the chain (which is not required and only oiling is preferred for the chain) and for this they billed me.
At last they informed me that the chain and sockets are complaint and need to be changed.
These are the regular complaints happening to my vehicle between 10 – 15 thousand KMs of ride.
Now the vehicle is at the service centre and they have billed me nearly Rs. 2000 for the service and replacements.
I am not in position to pay the unnecessary bill. I am totally frustrated and unsatisfied about the service provided by EVM Honda. Please consider this letter to take necessary actions to solve my grievances.

My name is Prasanth.Shankar as i am working in a marketing field i use to travel a lot of min 200 kms a day. For the usual service of my honda unicorn bike (KL 39- A -1383) i use to consult with the evm service people but their way of dealing with the customer is very bad, the quality of the service is also very bad. On 23/07/2010 i had given my bike to the service people for claim and service but till today 1/07/2010 i didn't received my bike serviced. But they were agreed to deliver the bike on 31/07/2010 now they are telling that the availability of the spares is the reason. At the time of service it was no communicated to me about the lack of availability of the spares. Kindly check with the evm honda service people to avoid these kind of delay. The prime important thing of the EVM honda service centre is that the way of dealing with the customers is very bad, the advisiors who are dealing with the bike are not from a automobile background also.

My name is suhas.i have been getting bad service from evm honda stafs.i have given my bike for service(KL.07 .BJ.2416) as well for claim towards the parts like TANK, LEFT SIDE COVERG, AND FRONT MASK.By the time i was told that all the parts were available except tank.Now they are saying that parts are not available.stafs are not even respose for my questions.he was not even looking to my face.i use to travel a lot daily hence please do the need full as soon as possible.

EVM HONDA SHOWROOM AND SERVICE CENTRE PIRAVOM, ERNAKULAM, KERALA.Poor service. irresponsible labours and officers. Bad service... no spare parts...

the service manager (EVM Honda - service centre -Muvattupuzha) told me the faulty fuel meter replaced but it is out of order till now. and the gear box complaint and the mailage problem is not solved. The manager told me to approch with the veihcle to vayttila service centre with my own expense !!! (what a pitty). Dear sir It is sorry to say that Iam very dissapointed with your service and the veihcle since last six months
