Sir,
I have given my Activa 6G for periodic service to a nearby authorised Honda service centre, (EVM MOTORS Neyyattinkara). After taking back my vehicle after service there is a sound coming from the back tire side while riding, by checking that we have found that the back tire nuts were not tightened, this was a serious issue that may even cause an accident,
I want a necessary step regarding this incident as soon as possible....

My name is Prasanth.Shankar as i am working in a marketing field i use to travel a lot of min 200 kms a day. For the usual service of my honda unicorn bike (KL 39- A -1383) i use to consult with the evm service people but their way of dealing with the customer is very bad, the quality of the service is also very bad. On 23/07/2010 i had given my bike to the service people for claim and service but till today 1/07/2010 i didn't received...
