I already paid online but i still got the COD Order from you. No refund is issued as well.

No items delivered. Order was placed one week ago. No email reply. No contact information available.

I had paid ewa young 3100 inr through razor pay but still haven't received any tracking details even though it has been 3 days. Also, the customer care number isn't working and when i sent them an email, all i got was an automated reply from the company. I'm tensed whether my order will be delivered or not.

I demand for either delivery of the order in the proper time frame or refund of my amount of 3100 inr as soon as possible. They are stating the reason as delivery issues due to covid-19. But recently i have been recieving so many other orders from sites like amazon and also from small businesses.

I have ordered for a product and i have sent it back for refund. Its been 12 days since i sent the product back but i haven't got my money back. Today on 17th of august, they have sent me a fake pdf showing refund successful but the account number is wrong. It has one zero missing. I have also attached the order number below. Kindly help me to get my refund back of rs 1050.
