Hlo sir/mam my name is sayantan roy. I m 24 years old and i want to do work from home becose i didn`t have any job so i apply for this they say to me that they give a work called captcha work.in 15 day you will complete the 15000 captchai said yes so they give me some pdf of demo work and demo accounti see so that seems like so easy so i apply itthey said me to give adhar card, signature and photoill send her 1 to 2 hours leter a emial was come to my gmail send by exa technologyit was an agreement written if you fail to do this captcha in 15 days you will pay 9000 and give me some pdf fo0rm agreement
. After login the page it show me "your session will be start after 6.00 p. M"
But 6 hours are done, it could not work. The page is still same showing.
Plz help me and take out of this... And punish this type of harrasing people.

I am bhartendu vimal. I got a call from exa technology they offering a job for 15000 captcha. Nd after one month advocate hiren desai called me nd telling me to pay the amount 9k before 2pm for close ur case then i was pay 9k after few day one other call nd hey forcing me to pay 11k, after one omnth again they called me nd forcing me for 9k. Nd i was clear my amount nd i got a not from exa tech. I am in very pressure. They harassing me so plss do some strict action.

After this they asked me to fill up a registration form by uploading photo and signature and driving licence, after filling up the form they send me a legal contract with my photo and signature at the bottom, and a clause was attached to the contract which says failing to give 90% accuracy in data would result in paying rs9000/-. i was completely unaware of this clause and also when i called them regarding this, they told me to wait, and said they will let me know, but now they arent picking up my call. it is also written a legal action will be taken against me if i fail to pay the penalty. Please help me out of this problem. a quick action is expected from my side. thanking you.

I had an agreement with the exa technology wherein i was given a task of completing 15000 captchas within 15 days with 90 percent accuracy and if i failed i had to pay 9000. I just asked how to pay if i failed i just asked and had not given an assertive statement that i want to quit but they started saying that my noc has been prepared and i cannot resume my work and if i did not pay 9000 legal action would be taken against me. I agreed to pay 9000 but they started asking for 1000 more about which i was not informed. I was told if i did give 1000 i would be given another task which if i fail i would again have to give 9000 and that this cycle would go on. I was not at all informed about this cycle. Further on phone i was told that generally cancellation is possible only within 24 hours of work allotment and only this time they would allow me to cancel my work after 10 days. I was told to make the payment of 10000 before 5 pm. I did not pay. They said that legal action would be taken against me. But then i got a mail saying that i could pay till 12 midnight. I was completely harrassed and i paid the amount of 10000. I was told that my work and agreement is cancelled and the company would now never contact me. I was given noc certificate also. But now after 1 month i am again being called by exa and am being told that my agreement was not cancelled and i have to pay more to cancel it. What is all this??
This exa company is a big big cheat and must be instantly banned.

Hello sir, i'm Anmol bansal from uttar pradesh and i'm a student, i got a call saying that i had got a part time job so i have to fill 15000 captcha in 15 days and they asked me to send voter id, so i agreed to that. I checked aggrement that is fake so i said him for not doing work at 1st day
Between a work i pay 9000 To company and company say never call me and never asking for money and they given to noc
The today there advocate calling to me and asking for some money

I have given work of doing 15000 captcha in 15 days with a accuracy of 90% and in return I will get @ of 2.25 per correct captcha. so i started my work but after 2-3 days i got a warning while doing my work so i close down that site and reopen it. again next day same glitch happen. i called the helpline no. but they didn't pick it up. so i continue my work but after few days i checked report there i found that they are cheating on me as they are falsly putting wrong captcha on my report which i haven't fill up. when i told them they refuse and when i asked for cancelling my work but they asked for 9000 rupees . as they are doing cheating so why should i pay. i has 6 more days left for completing my work. but right now i am doing it as i want my contract to be cancel . because i do want to do work with cheaters. please help me as soon as possible. thank you.

They asked me to fillup 15000 captchas within 15 days with 90% accuracy and on complition of job they will be given rs33750. After this they asked me to fill up a registration form by uploading aadhar card, after filling up the form they send me a legal contract with my name at the bottom, and a clause was attached to the contract which says failing to complete the work within the time period i would have to pay rs9000/-. it was also written a legal action will be taken against me if i fail to pay the penalty. I was start the work and it's not displaying how many captcha i was entered and how many balance then after 10 days they called me you didn't complete your target you have to pay penalty 9000 + 1000 legal charges after paying this amount they issue NOC letter from EXA TECHNOLOGY then after
on April 10 one person called me he said he is from legal department he is a legal adviser for above company you make a agreement with the company they file complaint against you you should pay 30000 registration fee for 3 months then they will give you login details then after they give me FINISTONE OPTRICA PEX IV company account details to send the money i was paid the amount then I was realize that it is fake then I told them I would like to stop working with the following company then they told me I have to take case withdraw letter for that one i have to pay 20550 i was paid to the same FINISTONE OPTRICA PEX IV company account has they instruct me by phone call after that they send me that letter after one day they call me again and asking for money for charge sheet and all papers dispatch fees 24900 now I was fully confused they told me after case withdraw letter issued to you there will no issues any more now they said the case will be reopen if charge sheet and all paper is not dispatch to your home address then case file number also come to your mobile you can enquire to your nearest court with that number Please help me out of this problem total i was paid 60550 even though it is not clear the matter kindly do the needful.

This company is calling and disturbing me. When i was doing this work then next day as usual i used to get the report but they were showing some reasonless mistakes which were not supposed to be. I mailed them twice to their helpline department they said they will report back within 24hours but they didnt so i stopped working and stopped wasting my time.
Because i understood they are fraud. Please tell me what should be the next step that i should take.

EXA Technology had contacted me through clickindia for online captcha filling job fom home. They told me to fill 15000 captchas in 15 days for 2.25Rs. per Captcha. They contacted me on 20.03.2019 and I had to complete the work till 04.04.2019.
According to what I was told, I had to complete the given task in !5 days which I was unable to complete. So, I paid the Maintenance and Utility charges of Rs.9000 as a part of the penalty for not completing the work.
Now, They are calling me and threatening me to pay more on account of cancellation of the agreement which, according to them is for 11 months.
Now, They are demanding 18000Rs more.
Kindly help me . Now I have realised that this is a fake company.
Also, I checked the MOC'S website which claimed that no company exists.
Also, This whole thing of cancellation charges is fraud as I was not about such thing earlier.
I paid them on 10.04.2019 and I am receiving calls on 11.04.2019.
The only thing they say is either pay, work with us or face the legal action.
I had also asked them to send the voice recording of the verfication call but they are not responding to it.
The thing that agreement was for 11 months is an extra thing added by them because no such thing was intimated to me.
This is the no. of their legal department-[protected].
I want that they stop bothering me about paying more money as I have already paid them what has to paid in the name of breaching the agreement.

I somya agarwal has enrolled myself in exa technology for part time job in which i have to complete 15000 captchas in 15 days for which company will pay me rs 2.25 per captcha in which if the work is not completed then i have to pay rs9000 for maintenance charges. I do not know about it and now they are calling me and asking to pay back the money otherwise they will fill legal proceedings towards me. I don't know what should i do next. Please help me and find a solution for the abovesaid problem.

I didnot recieved the accuracy of 80% in work and accepted to pay the charges of 9000 but after paying also after 10-15 days they have threatened that you have to pay 22950rs regarding legal agreement and gave a deadline of 2 hrs to pay, with shivering by taking someone's help i paid but i dont have a faith in them because at some other time they will again call and ask some money. Please help me in getting my money back. Please sir i'm still a student and i'm poor. So please help me to get rid of them and i can't able to concentrate on my education

Exa company provided me a captcha filling work. The company said that there will be no registration fee in starting but when they gave me my payment, i completed this work than 9000 rs will be deducted from my payment, i thought that its ok no problem. Then they asked me my aadhar card and pen card photo, i send it to them. Then they send a fake agreement and then they called me but then i said that first i want to read this document but in the middle of reading that agreement they called me again and said that an otp is sent to your number tell us that and u will be hired.
I gave them otp and after that, i read the full agreement and then i saw that there i a line is written there that, in doing this work u have to achieve 90% accuracy otherwise u will be charged 9000 rs, then i called them and asked them in this matter and after that they said to me yes this is a point i[censored] did no achieve 90% accuracy u will be charged 9000 rs, then i said that u will no tell me in the starting of the agreement then they said that you had to complete this work but i denied to do this work and i said that i can't take this big risk and they said that u had to complete this work and then they disconnect the call. After 15 days they mailed me that u did not complete the given work u have to pay the penalty of rupees 9000. I[censored] did not submit the penalty fee then there will be legal step is taken against you and today there advocate called me and said that a notice is sent to my house.

This intimation letter informs you that exa technol has field a case under the section of 73-74-75 of indian contract act 1872 for contract breach against you as under law that mention on the agreement that if you have not succeeded on your job or not completed then you have to pay the penalty amount.

Section 73. Imposes a duty on the party seeking damages to mitigate its loss,
Section 74. Compensation for breach of contract where penalty stipulated for when a contract has been broken,
Section 75. Party rightfully rescinding contract, entitled to compensation a person who rightfully rescinds a contract is entitled to consideration for any damage which he has sustained through the non-fulfillment of the contract.

So as you are not full fill the agreement rule, so that the company has take the help of legal proceeds for his compensation. So pay the amount as per agreement, so pay the amount as soon as possible to close your file, if the case being filed against you then you have in big loss of money for the legal procedure.

This is zain, i recently found out about this job and wanted to genuinely know about the work so i applied without a second thought and finished the legal paperwork, and a women (Neha) called me and told me the work i had to it was captcha entry of 15000 in 15 days with 90% accuracy, after a week i finished almost 8000 but when i checked none of them were correct so i called them up ans since then no one picked up, yesterday a lawyer (Gulshan lakeshwani) called me on 5 april and has extorted around 30000 rs as fines and court legals and on 6 april he has called again to extort another 30000 saying its the company charges and saying that it is all mentioned in the agreement, no such thing is written in the agreement, i need help asap this company is harrasing me and my mother for the past 3 days now. जब मैंने फोन कॉल के माध्यम से कंपनी से संपर्क किया और मैंने बताया कि मैं इस कानूनी दस्तावेज से सहमत नहीं हूं कि आपने मुझे प्रदान किया है। मैं यह काम नहीं कर सकता और यह बड़ा जोखिम नहीं उठा सकता। तब कंपनी ने मुझे इनकार कर दिया और कंपनी का कहना है कि,

I received a phone call for work from home job stating to give me captcha filling work for 15 days. The next day i received the agreement on which it was mentioned that i will have to pay 9000 rs. As penalty for any problem.
On the same say, i sent an email on helpline regarding cancellation. However, i had not agreed to the terms and wanted to withdraw but they are asking for cancellation fee.
Why should i pay the cancellation fee when the agreement had not been accepted and i have not even signed the agreement.
I don't want to work with them on accusation that they seem fraud and at the time of informing, i was tol only partial information.
Right now, there are 4-5 days left for the deadline and they will start demanding money.
Please help me resolve this problem.

I had a doubt about the captcha work so I called the company to ask that lady talked rudely to me raising her voice se said do if you want or pay the penalty fine. I asked her not to be rude then without answering she disconnected the call. I tried to call her again but she ignored my call then I called from another number n said that her that she is ignoring my call then she lyied saying she was busy. After 15 days a boy called me for paying penalty charges as I couldn't complete the work . As per agreement I paid the penalty but even after that they kept on calling me on the name of advocate associates threatening me for giving more money or sending legal notice at home. I kept on paying them because I thought this would effect my career even my friend paid a lot of money .I have came to know now. I have lost much money behind this fraud company . I wanted all my money and my friends money to be refunded. I have all the payment proofs. Please help me!
