Dear sir and mam.
My name eathalapaka karuna sree i was searching for an part time job on internet! One girl called me and said there is an captcha filling work! After her call again i got an call that they said. We have registered ur work. I should not completed that 15000 captcha in 15 days and that work should only done in laptop. Then i did return call to the company i said i don't have laptop! Pls cancel my job. After few days later they called suddenly and asked for 9000+3000 that day i was in examination attending my exam. Now today i got an advocate email that i should pay 9000+3000 as penlalty now they are troubling me to pay money because of them next month. I have main exams. I can't concentrate on my studies also. They are torturing me to pay. Take an action immediately and solve my problem

Hi my name is deepti karmakar, recently i got a call from exa technology for part time job. They asked me to fillup 15000 captchas within 15 days with 90% accuracy and on complition of job i will be given rs33750. After this they asked me to fill up a registration form by uploading photo and signature and aadha r card, after filling up the form they send me a legal contract with my photo and signature at the bottom, and a clause was attached to the contract which says failing to complete the work within the time period i would have to pay rs9000/-. I was completely unaware of this clause and it was also written a legal action will be taken against me if i fail to pay the penalty. Please help me out of this problem. A quick action is expected from my side.

I was looking for some income in click india apps, someone contacted me from exa technology and ask me for online captcha filling work. I'm agree with the condition of rs.2.25 per right captcha of 90% correct filling out of 15000 captcha but at that time she is not tell about anything for compensation money or penalty for not doing the target and wrong filling of captcha. As per the conversation i gave him my voter id card by mail. Where the agreement copy received by me, i found that there is rs. 9000 for compensation money for failing to do the 15000 captcha filling target. I was stuned and call him back, but he deny to receive the phone. During 18 days i called for the assistance repeatedly, but not entertained by any of the assistance. After 15 days yestersay i had got a mail, have to pay of rs.9000, to pay the money as penalty, i felt totally helpless, and begging your comment, as i was looking for some income as i met with an accident and not able walk as my right leg ligament broke, so cant go for my regular job so don't have any money to pay.

Exa company provided me a captcha filling work. The company asked me for aadhar card to join. When i gave him aadhar card for check. Then कंपनी ने aadhar card इस्तेमाल करके legal agreement बनवाकर धोखे से digital signature करवा लिया (Via email) जिसका मुझे मालूम नही था (I am only 18 years old). When i read the legal agreement paper carefully, i got the company just cheated me.

When i contact to the company via phone call and i told that i am not agree with this legal document that you provided me. I can not do this job & not take this big risk. Then the company deny me and the company says that,

If you will not do the work with us or failed to complete the work then you have to pay a penalty amount 9000 rs. To the company. If you not pay the penalty fee then company will file a case in court with your legal document.

Please help me!!!. What i do?

After few days later they called suddenly and asked for 9000! That day I was in board examination! Attending my puc exam!
Now today I got an advocate email that I should pay 9000+3000 as penalty!
Now they are troubling me to pay money because of them next month I have puc board main exams, I can't concentrate on my studies also, they are torturing me to pay.
Plz take an action immediately, and solve my problem.

Today they ask for the said money to be paid plus extra 3100 as a penalty.in this circumstances, what i have to do, please suggest me. I felt totally helpless, and begging your comment, as i'm looking for some income as i'm belonging from a very poor family.

This company give me a captcha typing work for 15 days but i can't complete the work as 100%, as i have only completed around 9, 000 captcha, after 15 days i call them for processes the payment as soon as possible but they customer care as a lady spoke rudely an said filed a case against me. For cancel the legal formation they told me to pay 9, 000 rs to their company and if you don't pay then you have ignore the notice then the company will issued your summons by court i just need help to solve my problem asap and get my payment of my captcha work...

Sir this company give me a captcha typing work for 15 days but i cant work. After 15 days they cal me and said they filed a case against me. For cancel the legal formation they told me to pay 15400 rs. I paid it and i asked them to cancel my account i dont want other work. But now they cal me said i must do work or paid 11000 rs. So help me to cancel this work as soon as possible.

Dear concern,

This intimation letter informs you that exa technol has field a case under the section of 73-74-75 of indian contract act 1872 for contract breach against you as under law that mention on the agreement that if you have not succeeded on your job or not completed then you have to pay the penalty amount.

Section 73. Imposes a duty on the party seeking damages to mitigate its loss,
Section 74. Compensation for breach of contract where penalty stipulated for when a contract has been broken,
Section 75. Party rightfully rescinding contract, entitled to compensation a person who rightfully rescinds a contract is entitled to consideration for any damage which he has sustained through the non-fulfillment of the contract.

So as you are not full fill the agreement rule, so that the company has take the help of legal proceeds for his compensation. So pay the amount as per agreement, so pay the amount as soon as possible to close your file, if the case being filed against you then you have in big loss of money for the legal procedure.

Sir i just inform you that pay the agreement & legal amount to quit and close your file. Other wise you have to follow the below proceeds.

The company assures that you accept the binding agreement and hence they conduct the legalaction under civil wrong and cause of statement.

1: the company will proceeds legal action and file a case against you.

2:they will send you a case id number.

3:there after they have provide you the legal notice on your residence proof.

4:if you ignore the notice then the company will issued your summons by court. (Summons-a court hearing and attendance compulsory)

5:if you do not avail in summons then as per law the company will win the case by default and you have to pay the compensation of some big amount to the company.
