Hello sir, i'm prasanna from hyderabad. I got a call saying that i had got a part time job so i have to fill 15000 captcha in 15 days and they asked me to send aadhar number, photo, so i agreed to that.
But later i came to know that they have created a agreement saying that i have to pay 28540 as penalty if i don't complete work. I called them to ask about it but they didn't even respond to my call. But today they kept calling and harrassing me to pay 28540. I don't know what to do. I'm still a home maker and i'm poor. So please help me to get rid of them and i can't able to concentrate on my work.

Hello sir/mam.. I am in trouble.. Exa technology heress us for penalty... Of rs. 9000.. When i told them i was not taking any work... They told us that if you brake it then you should pay 18000 rs.. When i ask them for legal certificate of company.. Then no response.. Please help.. They are fraud.. That is wrong there has no clue.. Or i am so upset with it its a hereesing company i want to complaint against it.. I was not apply any work some other person who used my documents.. I do not know..

Now i got an advocate email that i should pay 9000+3000 as penlalty now they are troubling me to pay money because of them next month. I have main exams. I can't concentrate on my studies also. They are torturing me to pay. Take an action immediately and solve my problem

I was searching for online part time jobs so i got to know about this company nd i applied for the same online and then i got the call from a lady said that i have to complete 15000 captcha in which 13500 captcha should be correct, so i agreed to the same and asked what if i will not be able do so in future she tolde that you will easily able to do this but when started it i found it is very difficult to do 1000. Captcha per day as my exams were also going on so i told her that i will not be able to do this work but she threatened me by saying i[censored] will not do this we will take legal action against you and you have to pay 9000rs to us which she hasn't told me before so i tried to this work but then also i was also not able to do this and moreover there are no signature of mine on that agreement and then also they are threatening me that they will take legal action against me. Please help me through this and take some legal action against this fake firm.

This company is providing me 15000 captacha entry work with agreement and ask me for my photo, adhar card, and made agreemet with me. Now they ask me for pay 9000/- thn pay 6000/- and then 18980/-
Afterwards they are not compromising and closes the file. And demanding more money.
I think they are fake company their advocate call me for legal action please take action as soon as possible and send me mail.
They are touturing by saying the case fileand pay more and more penalty.

(1) the company is providing a simple home based part time work. That even without investment..
(2) the company will provide you 15000 captch.. That you have to complete in 15 days..
(3) per captcha you will get 2.25 rs. So your maximum earning will be around 30000..
(4) for your payment safety our company is providing a legal agreement soft copy on your mail id
Are you interested than send me your i'd proof for registration like aadhar card, voter id, driving licence any one id proof front side and back side photo.

After the time period they sent mail

This intimation letter informs you that exa technol has field a case under the section of 73-74-75 of indian contract act 1872 for contract breach against you as under law that mention on the agreement that if you have not succeeded on your job or not completed then you have to pay the penalty amount.

Section 73. Imposes a duty on the party seeking damages to mitigate its loss,
Section 74. Compensation for breach of contract where penalty stipulated for when a contract has been broken,
Section 75. Party rightfully rescinding contract, entitled to compensation a person who rightfully rescinds a contract is entitled to consideration for any damage which he has sustained through the non-fulfillment of the contract.

So as you are not full fill the agreement rule, so that the company has take the help of legal proceeds for his compensation. So pay the amount as per agreement, so pay the amount as soon as possible to close your file, if the case being filed against you then you have in big loss of money for the legal procedure.

This company told me for giving photo and aadhar. After that they send me a agreement paper.in agreement paper they send me that if i don't complete 15000 captcha in 15 days with 90% accuracy then give them 9000. If i don't give money then the advocate calls me and harassing me. He send me a case id. Please help me in this problem. The work is not possible for every one. The advocate told me that i am fraud with company.in agreement i was not signed.

Then i did return call to the company i said i don't have laptop! Pls cancel my job. After few days later they called suddenely and asked for 9000! That day i was in examination attending my exam now today i got an advocate email that i should pay 9000 as penlalty. Now they are troubling me to pay money because of them next month. I was searching for online part time job though clickindia.com, where i got connected with this company. One of their concerned ms. Prachi contacted me for the registration purpose and log in i'd details. I agreed with that and sent my i'ds and signature for the agreement. Then i also confirmed them on about my unavailability due to exams. I didn't start the job. All it was about last month on 11/12th feb. Now on last saturday 02 mar advocate sanjay patel called me about the penalty fees to pay within 2 days or else this company going to take legal action against me. Till today they harrassing me saying they will send me legal notice at my residing address and i have to pay the penalty
Am ready to provide all the details i stated.
Please help me about what should i do and how to get rid of this problem.

I was looking for some income in click india apps, someone contacted me from exa technology and ask me for online captcha filling work. I'm agree with the condition of rs.2.25 per right captcha of 90% correct filling out of 15000 captcha but at that time she is not tell about anything for compensation money or penalty for not doing the target and wrong filling of captcha. As per the conversation i gave him my voter id card by mail. Where the agreement copy received by me, i found that there is rs. 9000 for compensation money for failing to do the 15000 captcha filling target. I was stuned and call him back, but he deny to receive the phone. During 18 days i called for the assistance repeatedly, but not entertained by any of the assistance. After 15 days today i got a mail that i have to pay rs.9000 as penalty. I felt totally helpless, and begging your comment, as i was looking for some income as i'm not well and can't go for a regular job as i am undergoing my treatment. So i don't have any money to pay.

I am irshad from karnataka. I got a call saying that i can work as part time job from home i have to fill 15000 captcha in 15 days and they asked me to send adhaar card copy through email so i agreed to that.
But later i came to know that they have created a agreement saying i have to pay 9000rs as penalty if i don't complete or doesn't achieve 90 percent accuracy. Then i called them to ask about it and i can cancel the agreement which they have made but for three days they didn't pic call and always says busy later i sent a cancellation letter to them as they have mentioned in agreement that client has right to terminate this agreement from immediate effect and exa technology will not be responsible for any data loss and payment.
They didn't accept my terminate letter and now they sent me whatsapp messages saying case hase been field under section 73-74-75 of indian contract act 1872.
Please help me i tried to work but they are manipulate my data.

They asked me to fillup 15000 captchas within 15 days with 90% accuracy and on complition of job i will be given rs33750. After this they asked me to fill up a registration form by uploading photo and signature and aadha r card, after filling up the form they send me a legal contract with my photo and signature at the bottom, and a clause was attached to the contract which says failing to complete the work within the time period i would have to pay rs9000/-. I was completely unaware of this clause and it was also written a legal action will be taken against me if i fail to pay the penalty. Please help me out of this problem. A quick action is expected from my side.

I have applied for home based work in naukri.com.
Then i got a call from exa technology for captcha filling.
Then i asked him the procedure to apply, then they send a mail for accepting and verify email. After that i got a mail that download your licence copy and acceptance letter. But i was unable to download the licence copy, and i replay regarding this that i am unable to download licence agreement. After that i got reply that link will available after 24 hrs to download the legal file. After 24 hrs when i call on help line a lady received the call and told me to call that person who called me 1st time. But that number was not working. After some days suddenly i receive an email from an advocate that i have to pay an amount of rs 9100 + 3000. After that i was trying to contact the advocate but no is invalid. Then i call to help line, then i got surprise that she did not want to hear any thing from me, directly telling that contact with my advocate. Also he is not giving a proper no where i will be able to connect with him/her.
I am attaching the details of advocate email. Please take necessary steps to stop such type of fake and cheated companies.

I got the following email to pay 9000/-
I'am getting threatening call daily to pay amount or i w'll see you in court at latur civil court.

This is to inform you that, our advocate associate firm of our client notice received your file, and we found that your agreement has been terminated from our client end. We have verified your file and found that you have breached the clause of an agreement. As per an indian contract act you have signed an agreement and on such basis we are providing you the notice.
We want you to cooperate with our client to avoid legal action.

Recently i got a call from exa technology for a part time job for entering 15000 captcha. For a payment of rs. 33500/-. I was sent with agreement letter. I was totally unaware of the agreement and the cllause. Now am getting call from the company to rs. Pay 9000/ as penalty

They are torturing me every day and spoiling my day to day life. Its gonna spoil my career.

Hi my name is pravakar koiri i was looking for money and got a part time home work of captcha typing from exa technology they gave me 15000 captchas to complete within 15 days so i worked there for 2-3 days but even completing my target i found that the accuracy required was not achieved due to some hidden tactics i was unable to complete my target with accuracy and after 15 days i got a call and they asked me to pay 9000 rs within 2 pm and started torturing me for money, they are forcing me to pay the amount otherwise they would file a case against me from then i am continuously receiving mails and sms that my case no 2* is going for further proceeding and i would shortly receive the hard copy at my address... Plz help me out i am a student and belong to a poor family how would i arrange such a big amount...

They asked aadhard card for this and 2 mob numbers.. They made fake contract and mailed it. Then i realised they are fake and asking to pay 9000rs amount for canceling this. I have mailed them 3times that i dont want to do this work.. They directly send me an email that u r registered for this work.. Then i called them one lady received my call, i told her to cancel this process.. As i already mailed them 3times. She told me that u didnt mail on helpline mail id. And given me another no as helpline no.. One of my sister is police she called on that no.. But the person was saying this is not helpline no.. They cheated u.. As he also suffered from this.. Now one advocate mail me.. For paying 9000rs.. Name is advocate rahul parmar. Plz help me.. I told them already.. I dont want to do this work..

I am been frauded as i was searching for a part job online then i got to know about this exa technology they asked me to sign an agreement online with the otp. I did it. I tried to do my best for them but there portal and software where having lots of issues but still i managed to do the work completing 10000 captchas s but now its showing 3000 captchas on there reports it seems. Now they are calling me asking for the penalty which im not liable of.. They are calling me and harassing me and asking for rs9000 or else they will fill a complaint against me in court. A advocate his name is mayur joshi is calling as asking me to go to police station and asking me for a police station details.

I'm receiving such emails. I am really worried about this.
Please try to solve this case asap.

This company named exa technology calls persons who needs part time job and they provide salary in weekly bases and asks your id proof to get the job. Once we give them our id they send you an agreement link which is fake and a person calls you and says to click on that link whether you click or not they will send another mail saying youve agreed the agreement and they will provide you login details.

When you start to login for 2 days or 3 your id gets banned saying multiple login. Days later someone will call you and say a case has been issued on you, you need to pay penalty or you'll be in a mess.

So guys everything is fake, i'm facing this problem, they speak rudely but no need to worry they cant file a case on us.
Just ignore them.

I felt totally helpless, and begging your comment, as i'm looking for some income as i'm belonging from a very poor family.

So, i stopped working and now they are threatening me to submit the penalty otherwise they will file a case against me and harrasing me by sending messages and threaten me that they have send the soft copy of case on mail and hardcopy on my address... What should i do now plzzzz help me out to solve this mess.
