The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

Unprofessional approach on washing machine service center and of service head to repair IFB washing machine
Last month we have faced the issue in our washing machine (machine has only higher sound issue otherwise the same was working fine). This machine was not in warrantee. We have lodge a complaint at Noida/Gazaibad service center but the way IFB service center has been working, surprise us.

I have lodged several complaints at huge STD cost from my Airtel Land Line.
One compl No. is 248988, AQnother 2679937, Another today again same.
Several time I have rung up. Your Help Centre pretend System Down. They dont Give Comp NO.
We are suffering badly for last two weeks. M/C not working. IFB is cheating us. I have paid two years AMC contract
