I booked 2 specs on 11/07/26 I get only one specs another wrong when I visit now 18/07/26 still they answer like it's not done and all . Please take some action....

Eyefactor company not delivered spec in time and other one wrong specs glass number .
Date of order 11/07/2026 but still I don't get another spec. They do mistake and they can't apologise. Thanks please give them some warnings....
