No you don't. Am clear. Have not understood and you are falsely implicating in my understanding.

No you haven't assisted at all. Just wasted yours and my time and you continue to do, just to stay safe by giving a standard reply without any meaning.

If you are happy to assist, then answer why you provided poor scarcth coating that went off in a week and I ended up poor vision due to it for months and you wasted time by seeking an image of it when you had nothing to assist with. There was defective coating and why was this not addressed.

Concerning your email, we like to inform you that we provide a warranty on the lens coating. Under this warranty, only defective/damaged lens coating will get the claim.

An anti-scratch coating helps to prevent minor scratches that can easily happen to a regular lens. However, they are scratch-resistant, not 100% scratch-proof. All lenses will get scratches over time from normal use and exposure to the environment.

    Sir, I ordered a sunglass and paid 400 rupees to eyemyeye, after one day I cancelled my order. Yet I have not received my refund. I contacted many times to the customer support of eyemyeye but still I have not received my money. Please help me. Order Id - EY[protected]

      Fraud site the quality of the product is very cheap moreover they offer amazon pay gift card worth rupees 400 which is infact a game plan with innocent customer.while claiming this voucher they ask you a question and give 5 second only to ans means within 5 second you have to read and answer the queation and quit obvious that kost of the customers fail to revert in 5 seconds and a popup show "oops you have missed the opportunity" and it is mentioned on there app that 10 days easy return policy but when we approach them for return they refuse . so overall it is a scam

        I got an eye catching offer on their website to get 1000 discount on sunglasses.
        When I added item of 999 then it shows. 0 delivery charges and total payment remaining of 0 .
        It asks to register first before placing the order.
        Once I provided my personal information and register then it shows packing charges of 400.
        This is intensionally designed to cheat customer.
        If they are not placing any order then atleast company is getting personal information.
        They knew that end user won't intrest to follow up with company to delete their profile and personal information as it is a time consuming process.

        Overall company is cheating customers by providing miss leading information
        And
        Getting their personal information in a wrong practice method.

          Hi, I have ordered for a spectacle frame + lens small size on 6th Oct 2023. I have paid Rs. 849
          Prepaid. I have received orde today 17th Oct 2023.

          Frame is too loose and falling from the face. WHEN I requested for either return r replacement, I was denied for return or replacement quoting that I have claimed cash back. But I have not claimed or got cash back

          Please return or replace my spectacles

            I have received 2 pairs of spectatles on 3rd AUG 2022. The lens and the frame were given 1 year warranty. Despite the app showing lens description as premium quality with anti scratch, and also any damages to the frame around the lens will be covered under warranty, now when I reached eyemyeye support with the pictures of the lens and frame, they rejected saying that it doesn't fall under warranty and closed the ticket. This is definitely cheating and I request you to please take action on this fraud service.

              I have first ordered lens in starting of Oct 2022, but after 15 days, they suddenly canceled the order saying internal issue, i again ordered lenses on 18th Oct 2022, till date no shipping, they have also removal option to cancel the order, i have mailed multiple times to cancel my order and provide me refund but still order not got canceled.

                They first sent me spectacles whose Blue cut coating came off on its own, so i asked for replacement they said they will first pick up the damage product but than the delivery person who came picked up the wrong package and now when I'm requesting them to send the wrong package back to me which is my personal item they are simply extending the date saying they have not received it but tracking of the package on Delhivery Courier website clearly says it has been delivered to their gurgaon warehouse but still eyemyeye customer care executive are denying they have received it please take necessary action against this company who are simply troubling their customers

                  I had ordered a pair of spectacles from website of eyemyeye under the order ID EY[protected]. It was very low quality product and already on the stage of breaking when I received it. So I created return request which they cancelled two times. After so much requesting through mail they agreed to pickup the product. Now I am requesting again and again for refund but they are not ready to refund my money. Kindly help me to get refund.

                    This is the worst company ever. Better go for lenskart.I ordered just sunglasses not even powerglasses.The delivery date keeps on extending and i haven't still got my product.First they said surely you'll receive by 24th aug 2022 then 27th then 29th.Still I haven't received.they just call and make excuses and blame the delivery partner.Many ppl have problems similar to mine but they won't take any action.They aren't refunding the money also.Worst experience.cheaters.Tired of mailing them.
                    Same Did it get delivered?? 😭

                        I purchased eyewear from eyemyeye 20 days ago. At the time of purchase it was showing delivery date is 19th june(3-5) days after purchasing date. But even after 20 days i didn't got any delivery. I called eyemyeye custome service more that 10 times but always they are saying they will deliver in 24 hrs but finally didn't getting any delivery. Really frustrated. Please help

                            I was ordered on 25/11/21, order ID EY[protected] and paid 1800/-. Company person spoken to me upload prescription, after up load prescription, they said paid extra money. OK I was agreed to paid. They send a link it is not worked. I was send mails 5 times, every time ' we send consent department ' and I spoken through phone they answered simply we forward consent department.
                            If I am going to local shop it is two days job. They are cheating and Eyemyeye is a fake.

                              First time i ordered from eyemyeye app and i experienced cheap product as firstly i recieved item late and when i got it after almost 12 days, i wore it and started headache and blur vision then i checked it with optician and i was shocked to know that both the spectacular glasses numbers are totally different.
