Payumoney is allowing payment of fake site ezeephone.com. ezeephone.com is selling phoneand tablet...

I ordered on 4/6/20 against card payment of 3599 paid via payu the following product from ezeephones.com krypton p10 tablet 10.1 model jiska website configuration hai

Their website was showing payment unpaid but since my account was debited by 3599 i emailed their support which was failed to receive. I contacted their helpline again out of order.
Finally after 2 hours of rigorous web investigation i came across [protected] of some sumit / mahesh agarwal of this company who confirmed of receiving payments of 3599 and asked for cancelling if i do not want. This confirmed that i have been trapped by these hackers.
I declined to cancil and followed him till 7th june20 on which day he confirmed of cancellation and sent me a google docs link https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSfgKnL4_va72EBHlApnzcgR32qpYmnSLBYZJXt8...⇄
Which primarily was marked do you want to refund money - hackers trick. I denied then it asked my mpin of my upi which bank had already warned me to input when i make payment to someone. I was confirmed i list my money and if i wud have filled this form they would have looted my bank account. Thank god i was saved.
Suddenly on 10th june 20 popcorn couriers delivered a packet booked from mayapuri new delhi on 5th june 20. Another doubt arose that sumit/mahesh agarwal confirmed of order cancellation how come i get delivery with awb of 5th june 20.
I received in it chinese throwaway 2013 teach 8inch android 4.4 tab 2gb rom and 1 gb ram dual core.
On asking immediate refund of this bogus delivery on this gentleman's whatsapp [protected] he blocked my messages with no rejected product pick up commitment nor any acceoted refunds by him on whatsapp till now 12th june 20 10am.
Please save us from this fraud and hacking by forcing them to refund my 3599 rs. And get their rejected chinese trash return picked up.

On 8th June 2020 saw a google ad in telugu.oneindia.in. On clicking the ad, I was taken to ezeephones.com. There I selected a Tablet and paid for it an amount of Rs.3599. I saved the invoice after payment and closed the browser.

I did not receive any order info/receipt on e-mail. Suspecting a fraud I called the numbers given in the invoice downloaded. I could not connect.
Then I checked forums and realized that ezeephones.com...

I ordered a krypton android tab from ezeephones through google ads.
I transferred 3599 rupees through payumoney gateway on ezeephone website.
I did not receive from ezeephones but i received payuminey confirmation of money debited from my bank. I got a debit message from my bank too.
I don't know whether its a fraud.
I sent an email to their customer service but there was no response.
