Hi I'm Yashika Padole, I'm purchase eyeglass but this product poor qualit and size and lens problem refund my money

I request you to Refund my money

Today 12 January 2023 I bought Intelligent Photochromic, Autofocus, Anti blue, ultra light reading glasses only on COD basis
but I received a fake product it is just a ordinary glasses which doesnt give me a clear vision at all
i request you to a pick up for return and refund my money.
Note : 3.5 MB Photo is not getting uploaded I am getting a message that it is more than 32 MB.

Intelligent Photochromatic Auto Focus, Anti blue ultralight reading glass that I have received on 23 Nov, 22 is a fake & duplicate product supplied by invoice no. 25080EZS. It is a cheep local glass and is full with scratches. It is neither photochromatic nor auto focusing. Kindly arrange pick up and refund service.

I had ordered a photochromatic, autofocus, anti blue glass costing Rs. 1199/- on 22nd Nov, 2022. On 26th November I have received my order (ID or invoice no. 25333EZS). After opening I found the specs is full of scratches, it is not an autofocus lens moreover not photochromatic at all. I am feeling being cheated. Please help me in this regard.

I have received an duplicate product for intelligent Photochromatic Auto Focus, Anti blue ultralight reading glasses for invoice no. 25333EZS order date Nov. 21, 2022.
Date received Nov. 26, 2022. The product I received is with full of scratches and would merely cost Rs. 100/-. Not antiglare, not photochromatic.

Purchased online from ezeeshop18.com after watching ad. which shows that it's progressive, unbreakable, water resistant, auto-focus, and anti-blue. and not even looking like the photo shown as per the site.

Can't even read anything about 4 feet long, they look like plastic and are not even worth 100 rs. we felt cheated.

When tried to drop a mail to [protected]@ezeeshop18.com, the mail is bouncing.
The mobile no [protected] mentioned on the website is always switched off.

Kindly help us to refund the amount.

It is not as per the video, it shows that it's an unbreakable, ultra focus, ultra blue with a progressive lens.

It's just a normal reading glass not worth even 100 rs.
