I had enquired in just dial for best packers and movers to shift my belongings from Pune to Bangalore, this people followed with too many times and finally agreed with EZMove as they promised to do the best service. they assigned me one point of contact (Sharad Pandey) and this EZMove have tie up with Excellent packers and movers (This people are not professional at all - Owner (Ravi Shankar)), they will get the entire amount upfront, I gave 12K for this transfer upfront

EZMove promised the things will reach in 4-5 days, but it reached 8 later later due to diwali. finally it reached with 2 items missed. I have immediately informed to Sharad pandey - Emove and Ravi Shankar Excellent packers and movers, Initially they said it will be delivered soon.

Its been 3 weeks, but the product is not delivered, now they are saying collect it from godown which is 25 Kms away from home.

That too very harsh when conveying this message that for 2 itels we cannot come and deliver.

Please dont believe this kind o[censored]nprofessionals, they will commit something before getting your hard earned money and later they will carefree.

I have used ezmove to transport my chevrolet car from gurgaon to howrah. I have got in touch with its sales head from the region: mr. Abhishek saxena (Contact: [protected] and email: [protected]@ezmove.in). Before quotation and during payment, full assurance was provided on ontime delivery and professional services. My car was loaded on 28th of april by ezmove and it's partner packers n movers. Now till date (24th of may), there's no real update on my car. They have been saying my car has already reached in my city and would be delivered soon. But upon checking multiple times, either they came up with excuse such as car got into no-entry zone or driver is not available.

Now i am really concerned whether my car is actually missing and how to go about to resolve the case as the soonest. No professional service, commitment, transparency i have seen whatsoever with this company. The worse is it's partner service where either they don't pick up your phone or directly blame ezmove for such ill-treatment or delayed services.

Due to above unacceptable delay, i have suffered a lot and had to change my personal plan many times. Under this circumstances, ezmove should compensate me for such delay and also ensure to deliver my car at the soonest

One of the worst decision of my life. We are filing a police complaint against this company for harrassment. They took advance from us and kept postponing the shifting. On the last day they said they can't do shifting, the team has cancelled the request.

Advance has also not been returned, the head of operations mr. Abhishek blamed us for the cancellation. I have recorded each and every phone and mails i received from them. Hopeless team and useless management.

Don't trust them at any cost.

I have booked services from EZMove.in for relocation from Delhi to Chandigarh on 10th Jul. It was scheduled to deliver on 11th Jul. I have taken an insurance for 100000 for damages. After shifting when it was unloaded i found my modern bed was broken and lots of dents were there. Infact 2 of the supporting parts was missing. My RO was complete damaged and it was not in the working condition. I contacted EZMove.in and did lots of follow up to get the claim. Due to delayed response i had to fix this on my own expense. They told me to share the photos which i did.

My claim amount was more then 30000 as RO was completely damaged and bed was also. But i compromised and spent 2400 on RO to fix and gave around 2000 to carpenter to fix.

When i contacted EZMove.in they said vendor is not ready to give this amount but he can pay 1500. I said, i have not placed a request to vendor i have booked services from EZMove.in so you should pay.

After lots of conversation they said to pay 2200 as settlement amount and i agreed as i was getting something out of it.

They told to share the deatils of bank account and said it will be processed in 7 days. I shared the details on 16th Jul and till date i haven't received any amount. I have send the 2 reminders mail on 29th Jul and 2nd Aug but no response.

On 4th Aug i somehow got the number of finance department and asked for settlement amount so they said you have posted a review go first delete it then only we will pay it.

Is writing the true review and helping others is wrong?

I have done too many follow ups over the phone in last 25 days but now i am fed up so though to take help from consumer forum. I am hoping i will get a quick resolution and other customer will also learn that rather then booking from EZMove book directly from vendors.

It's unfortunate I hired ezmove for shifting my house from one part of city to another in bangalore itself .
First, you have to repeatedly follow up to get a quote
Next, once you confirm, they won't respond again and this goes on
Next, they outsource packing to a local company who packs and moves stuff at their will and wish and absolute no care for your things
Then the staff of ezmove shrugs off their responsibility everytime you call and try to follow up . They will instead expect you to speak to their vendor and Get work done
Their survey of how much products vs quote is not matching and is some false information . Either they are immature or they don't have any idea on logistics
Once you hired them, all bad things start and best part the guys responsible to co ordinate will not pick your call before 9am whatever may be the reason

Uma the sale person and Aranda the logistics co ordinator are two such people who messed my whole shifting process in bangalore on 31st March

They blame everyone except themselves

The management has no courtesy to respond nor take up the work out these people and address any issues caused by their vendor immediately

It's more like, I paid to ezmove and they expect me to do co ordination work with vendor and accept every delay and ezmove team will only respond when they want to

Our local move was done on 3rd oct'15 by Safe packers & movers, Bangalore. But we went thru Ezmove who assured their quality and promised to support in case of any problem.

We had a very bad experience in the move and we didn't get any support from Ezmove inspite of several follow ups thru emails, calls and sms.

Our damages amt to 20000/-
(theft of 2500, damage of mixer grinder, one carton was stolen, inverter battery was dropped down & got completely damaged, 1/4th of our stuff we had to move ourselves). We informed about the theft from wallet & battery damage during the move itself to Ezmove. Then followed up with safe movers (Rakesh Sharma) for 3 months with false promises and also dint get any response from Ezmove
