money not refunded after cancellation

Hi,

I booked fab hotel (Booking id - inss14) on 08/sep/18 for 14/sep/2018- 16/sep/2018 and i paid partial amount (1163 rs) to confirm my booking due to some reason i had to cancel this booking which i did before 24 hrs (13th sep/18) after calling fab hotel center reservation they told me that they have already initiated the refund and same will be credited on 7 working days but i have not got my refund till today's date (Almost...

I had booked fab hotel on 01.10.2018 through online and made the payment of rs.285.50 through my paytm no is [protected] but due to mis communication on the phone call received from hotel it has been cancelled (The voice of your executive was clear in phone call thatswhy this had happened). The fab hotel have not still refunded my amount as it was promised to return it asap by your one of the executive.

Kindly grant refund my rs 285.5 and 700 fab credits which has been used to book the room.
Hoping for the positive response.

    Dear sir,

    I had booked fab hotel on 06.05.2018 through online and made the payment of rs.2728.00 through my debit card no. 6791 but due to change in plan i had to cancel the booking. The fab hotel have refunded through paytm gate way with transaction id 20180511111212801300168395202048129 on 11.05.2018 but till date i have not received the money in my bank account
    And fab hotel are guiding me to enquire at paytm at their customer care no but result is zero becuase i am getting recorded message like press this and that and line is not going to the concern person.

      Sir/madam,

      I, rajasundaram, booked a room in fab hotel rajamada baner, pune from 12th may to 16th may 2018. My booking sis is iuwfda. Mu mobile number is [protected]. Prior to booking, i called your contact center and checked whether some of my prerequsites are met with the facilities available in the above said property. One of my prerequsite is laundry facility for which your people confirmed that it is available. When i checked into hotel, i found following multiple issues:

      1) hotel reception staff mentioned that laundry is not available and they asked me to check with contact center for providing that information.

      2) phone number kept for calling reception was not working (Phone wire comes out as soon as i pick receiver) for which even after informing 3 times to reception staff, no body attended. After 3 times, they replaced instrument. But, problem gets repeated even after that.

      3) hotel doesn't have even coffee maker and creamer, which is a pre requisite in any of the standard 3 star property.

      4) room given is located in make shift terrace and the interior of room doesn't look like standard room and it has cracks and some makeshift plastering.

      5) when i made a complaint to fab hotel, they arranged call back for listening to my problems. But, as call got disconnected, no body bothered to call me back again.

      6) in late evening, when i reported phone issue to reception, they attended, but problem gets repeated and it worked only occasionally and they didn't acknowledge it was an issue.

      7) wifi also intermittently not working

      8) above all, when i reported to manager of the property about repeated issues in a loud tone, he replied saying that, "i can also shout". And i didn't want to listen and repeatedly ignoring my complaint and mentioned that he wanted to know the issue even though i was clearly explaining.

      9) when i requested fab hotel contact center to refer my previous complaint from call history, they said that they don't know about specific issue and wanted me to repeat the issue. Please note that it is not my duty to make all of your contact center informed every time new person takes the call.

      Please understand that we are working in a networked world and bad words spread fast. I am very disappointed with the stay and i seriously thinking not to extend my stay that i planned and further advise my social network not to book this property.

      Update on my ab Hotel Rajamada Baner complaint - Post my complaint, Fab Hotel called and apologized for the bad experience I had during my stay and promised that they will make my experience better in future. Glad that they called and taken feedback, but late. Hopefully, they can address issues on time and sort the issue.

        I'm highly disappointed with fabhotels 4 seasons, bangalore. They have no courtesy to inform the guest in prior if a booking is cancelled. I got to know that my stay is cancelled when i reached the hotel. The mistake is purely fabhotels. I wasted 2 hrs waiting for an alternative. Instead of apologising and finding an alternative stay, when i questioned about this unprofessional behavior, the fab hotel manager verbally abused me, threatened me and insulted me.
        I checked into a better and safe hotel. Now i'm requesting for the money i paid for my booking. I need a refund as this is purely a fault with the management of fabhotels. They failed to inform me regarding my stay, they failed to give me an alternative stay within few minutes. I wasted for 2 hrs waiting for my stay. I need my money back i. E rs.6827/-!!!           Booked a room in Delhi through fab hotels in first week of Jan 2017 and was charged double i.e. payment has been made in cash and with card too and after asking refund no action was taken by them and transfer of authority is being made from one person to other, after explaining issue to every representative still didn't receive any response.
          My payment is of Rs.2441/-
          Now who is responsible for my amount that is to be refunded.

            Hi,

            I booked a hotel room from Fab hotels(Electronic City) in Bangalore to attend the German Visa interview. Unfortunately I have to make changes to my booking. So they asked me to cancel the current booking and do a fresh booking. I did so but they didn't refund the money for the cancelled booking.
            When I contacted their Customer service they have same answer for more than 10 times that" we will refund your money in 48 to 72 hours". They never gave the money back after a month also. As per their policy they have to refund in 7 to 8 working days.
            Please take this as an urgency and take strong action as soon as possible or else we have to approach higher authorities.

            I called again and I got the same answer from their customer service representative. Looks like they are not ready to refund my money.
