Fabnio.com has put beautiful saree pictures claiming silk saree and offers at discount of 56%. Ordered 2 sarees for approx. Rs. 3000. Was shocked to see actual ones which were not evn worth rs. 500. My request for refund as products turned out to be pathetically different was rejected and they stopped responding. Kindly do not buy any of its product.

I purchased 4 sarees for which 2 sarees delivery i got 3 days ago and 2 sarees today. Website description said "soft silk" saree but it is some polyester cum nylon and very shining saree. I have sent all the photos to them but they are not accepting the return request. Total fraud company and cheating consumers. I request you to take them to task and help my return. And in future they should not cheat anyone. This is our hard earned money and i have spent 6000/ in these sarees.
This company should get shut down for cheating consumers of their money. Pl help.

The product they show in the picture is completely different from what they supply. Their return policy is just a humbuc. They are cheating the costumers. Should punish them and ban their
Products. I bought a saree which is supposed to be a soft silk saree but i recieved s saree with a cheap look which was completely different from the original version of the order i made when i opted for a return of the same there is no response for the mail. They didnot respond for the what's app message also. I don't know how to return the product and get my money rs 1449 refunded

I received a thick shiny curtain material for a soft silk saree.

I don't even know if the people understand english.

The "silk saree," is not as per design or texture as mentioned in the website.
I am an active online shopper and i understand the differences between image and real product. But thus product is really dusgusting.
Atleast exchange should be facilitated.

Honestly regret not having seen these reviews earlier. I ordered soft silk and received a shiny cheap curtain material. On sending and email to [protected]@fabnio.com, i received response stating that there is no difference between the product offered and shown. Although i sent a frustrated response, received the same first email again which seemed ridiculous. They have no customer centricity and are a disgrace to other such startups.

Fabnio.com is a fake online website. Cheats!! As mentioned in all the complaints above, i too ordered for a soft silk saree and received a curtain material and it is damaged. When asked to take back, i get an arrogant reply and the customer care doesn't pick up the call.
Please take action.
Ladies! Please dont fall prey to such fake websites.

I regretted for not reading the reviews before. My 1500 went for a toss. Never ever try to order from this site. This site actually should be banned. The images looks too tempting but they deliver bed sheets.

I would like to return my product i had received which was saree... I found the material was not gd as shown in the picture. The code is [protected]. Which was of 1499. I would like to have my money back. As now i don't trust on the material... Please i m sending you back at the address given of surat. Please revert me back. As soon as possible. Please and once ordered from instagram it should show in the main website tht i have purchased. Its really in convinent to find the return... They shown very nice saree in their website with 65% offer on all branded saree they took 1450 with shipping charges but the saree which they delivered very very cheap saree not even worth for Rs.200 they cheated like anything please do something to band this "www.fabnio.com"" online shopping site wort cheaters without knowing I loss my Rs.1450/- please help me how to get back my money... that cheaters should punish to do like this...

Never fall for their photos and buy. I insist do buy anything online from surat unless you personally know the shop & its owner.

These people show great discount, best collection and loot you. Beware

I ordered one soft silk saree from fabnio of rs.1500. But what i received is not soft silk saree. Its jute silk which does not cost more than 250.
Hence receiving bad product i raised return request from their site. But there is no reply or interaction on return request. I emailed them about for return but didn't get any reply.
Tried connecting to customer care. But there also getting no reply.
This clearly indicates that they are fraud.
I have seen multiple complains against fabnio, but don't understand why still that site exist and still they are looting people.

Fabnio web site is showing very good quality saree images seeing that i booked a saree for rupees 1449 but the saree they delivered is not matcbing the website image. The saree supplied is of very poor quality material not even worth 300 rs

I ordered a saree in this site worth rs. 1449 and received a pathetic quality of material which looks like a bed spread (Which cannot be even used bed spread, curtains, kitchen towel - fit for nothing sort of material)

This website is not a genuine seller and their intension is only to cheat people of their hard earned money. No returns for their piece of #.

I have bought one saree worth rs. 1, 399/- before 6 days. When the product was delivered, we found that the quality of the material was absolutely sub-standard (Very low quality), something like an rs. 300/- to 400/- type of saree. The seller never picked up the phone whenever i contact them. The returns policy does not have any place for refund of money. Please don't buy any product from their shopping site. They are not genuine. And it is a fraud company.

Order id 16576 product confirmation not received from fabnio though amount is deducted from account and has reached fabio as per bank confirmation and also bank has provided transaction id which states as successful on 18 sep 2018

Order i'd 16609 product received is worst product, soft silk saree was ordered but received material is like curtain material, want to return the product and need refund for both the orders. Fabnio is neither responding to emails nor call.
