Fair cash doesn't respond to calls i was told i will get my money refunded by 22nd november then 5th december and then 8 december pls take strict action against this company. As the representative are rude and don't help the customers. I call the company every day and their number is busy they have taken my bank details to transfer my funds still it's not done pls help taking strict action...

I had applied for person loan on the web site http://faircash.in/ where in it was mentioned that once the verification is done and they receive rs.1500 processing fee. The loan would be credited in 10 working days. Details mentioned here (http://faircash.in/terms. Htm l) however i came to know that this is a scam company.in addition, in the letter they sent it says the loan is not guaranteed. It depends on the lenders. When they called me, they said loan is approved, and only then, a parcel is sent for verification. Their phone is always busy and con confirmation after they received the amount. Want my 1500 back please help me.
