Dear Sir/Ma'am,

I would like to inform you that i purchased a FARMTRAC CHAMPION F2 from your company.Godara krishi udyog at Pilibanga, Hanumangarh There is some technical issues that i am facing from last six months. Now everything is open, kindly look at it and i visited 3-4 times to the workshop, they didn't help me for the issues and ignored everything. Staff is not good as we need for service .
I request you to please consider this complaint and repair my issues as soon as possible .

I Purchase Farmtrac 60 T-20, but Engine has been problem i tried to contact Dealer but he is not given any suitable reply and he is wrong promise many times i try many times for Engineer but not response so please tell me what should i do? it will be railsed after two month before that i follow up dealer.
please help us because i purchase new tractor in cash so i am facing many problems. help us....

Sir hum 2000 se Farmtrac use krr rhe hai 2010 me fir nya liya isliye kyo ki hmare bajurgo ka ford se pyaar tha lekin ab nya 4wd lene ki soch rhe the prr Farmtrac me koi better option nhi hai na to Farmtrac 60 4wd me t20 gear aur silencer bonet ke bahr isme aur powertrac me kya farq reh gya ford vali look khatm hmare area me ab koi bhi nya Farmtrac nhi le rha Swaraj ya sonalika lena passand krte hai Mai company se hath jodkar nivedan krta...

I have purchased a farmtrac 50 Powermax. Unable to get registration in R.T.O. due to Chasis details not available in Homologation portal.

I had booked the tractor in March and couldn’t take it because of the lockdown. But the showroom doesn't pay me. Every day I call the showroom manager, he told me that even if I don't pay you, we request you to do something as soon as possible. Very bed experience in farmtrac agency GOHANA sonipat haryana pin code 131305 . I hand over my tractors in agency on 27 Aug 17 in warranty defects with full of my diesel tank and i received my Tractor on 03 Aug 17. after that some defects is pending and my Diesel tank is empty... after that i talk with agency manager regarding theft of diesel but he ignore me. I asked the manager regarding check the backup of cctv cameras but he ignore me... I want my diesel back...

YOUR COMPANY MADE TRACTOR IS VERY UNCAREFULLY MY TRACTOR HEAD PROBLEM IN THE WARRANTY PERIOD MY TRACTOR AT LEAST 5 TIME TIME REAPPEAR WITH WARRNTY PERIOD …BUT MY TRACTOR NOT SOLVING PROBLEM THIS IS MY HUMBLE REQUST TO PLEASE SOLVE ..…..i am not satified your tractor... please change my tractor...my tractor proplly not work...

I have purchased farmtrac tractor from authorized dealer and its functioning went wrong only after 3 months, I approached umpteen times to the dealer, he was made fun of me by saying that the engineers had come to check your tractor, I reached their and found no one special there. He did not exercise warranty of the tractor. unfortunately he insisted me to lodge a case against the company, That tractor is lying as a scrap at ny residence since 2008. and seemed a devil to me. As there is no fruitful outcome from the court till now, I am frustrated and just want to.......

I have purchased a tractor model faramtrac 50EPI from valley tractors chadoora on may 2007 hypotheticated by JK BANK GANDERBAL. I found a manufacturing defects in it, I approached to them lot of times and they did everything what they could did regarding rectifying error. Atlast I demanded replacement of Pump. They send me used one and said it is new. They fitted that pump into my tractor and tractors stops functioning after 5days, even don't get start from that day till now. I ceased the first pump with me and logged a compliant against them at consumer court srinagar. But till now there is none outcome from the court. The tractor is lying as a scrap at my residence and it seems to me DEVIL. I am a poor unemployed person hardly able to feed my family, how can I pay my debts to the Bank. I am getting frustrated and want to commit suicide. I am fed up with attending hearing in the court since 2008
