I've ordered 2 cargos my order number is Order #33711.
I've received a kids pant and a rubbish jeans.
Please initiate a return and refund my money.

I ordered a pair of cargos from the website but I've received a pair of damaged, torn, used blue jeans instead.
I tried contacting them from website through phone and mail for a refund. Nothing seems to work. The mail id they provided is not a valid one. Mobile number also is not working . I kindly request for a refund.

I had ordered joggers on 22.03.2024 from fashion bonanza and received the package today on 28.03.2024. after opening it, another package was inside and this process i had to do 3-4 times. in last when saw the product it was a wrong product and now when im trying to call the return number its saying it does not exist. Even ekart call is not going through. It is requested to kind help me in returning the producta and get the amount refunded.

I have ordered two pairs of joggers and i received two pairs of ladies jeans that too after opening the packets 7-8 times. This is how we should start trusting your services this the second time happening with me .
Kindly proceedwith the refund process and please provide a contact number and email if that is in use .

Ordered 'Drawstring Tactical Military Work Cargo Pants (Pack of 2) × 1' of (899rs) on 20/03/2024 . But the order received on 24/03/2024 is not the same . They sent jeans of different size also not looking new .

I ordered a pair of Cargos, from your store a few days ago. I just got my order this morning. Firstly, I got a single pair of jeans even though it was clealy mentioned "Pack of 2", even on the parcel. Secondly, the jeans came in a horrible condition.

The button hook is torn. The jeans has multiple stains on it. And it has something sticky all over it. I am really disappointed by the service.

I ordered 2 cargo pants from Fashion Bonanza online shopping website with cash on delivery option.
When I received the package, the delivery guy rom Shiprocket Courier was asking me if the merchant has return policy before handing over that package. He was not allowing me to open the package and said he will not take it back once opened.
As i has trust in the website which mentioned 15 days return policy and there was address and phone number mentioned. It was my bad I did not contact that number. The delivery guy disappeared immediately after taking the cash.
The package had multiple packing inside with the addresses o[censored]ndelivered shipments from different parts of the country. The package had one dirty kids jean and one dirty cloth.
When i tried their mobile number mentioned on the package, it says invalid number.
I ordered another item with cash on delivery option to check if they do similar stuff. But they did not process my order.
Now there is no way to get the money back. This website is complete fraud. Be cautious while placing any order on Fashion Bonanza (https //olivepockets.shop/).

I am writing to inform you about a serious issue with my order. I received the product today from the delivery guy, who asked me to pay cash and then left quickly before I could check the contents. When I opened the package, I found that there is no cargo pant but instead there is a pant of brown colour totally dirty which is in condition that i canot wear . inside the package i get a another covering which wear name of someone nk prasad . There was only paper inside instead of the pant.

This is unacceptable, and I demand a full refund or a replacement of my order. Please look into this matter urgently and take action against the delivery guy and company who cheated me.
