I ordered summer spring cargo pants worth Rs 899 from Fashion Bonanza site and in its place came a dirty black pant.

I ordered summer spring cargo pants worth Rs 899 from Fashion Bonanza site or I have received a dirty black pant.

I had order 2 cargo pants but instead received 1 dirty pant.

I ordered 2 cargo pants and received a package full or covers on covers packaging two old shirts. I lost 900rs on this

I had order pant in fashion Bonanza by visiting there page in Instagram,
I had received my product but it was an damaged shirt, after visit there page to return the product but there is no return option, but before ordering the product i see they gave 10 days return .

Received the product today from the delivery guy, who asked me to pay cash and then left quickly before I could check the contents. When I opened the package, I found that the shirts were damaged and the cargo pant was missing. There was only paper inside instead of the pant.

I've ordered combo pack of 2 cargo pants from Fashion Bonanza. I've received only one product that is also used/stained/untagged and different product.
Return policy is for 15 days but there is no option for return.
I can't make contact them. I've done multiple time email but no reply from them.

Dear Team,

I am writing to inform you about a serious issue with my order. I received the product today from the delivery guy, who asked me to pay cash and then left quickly before I could check the contents. When I opened the package, I found that the shirts were damaged and the cargo pant was missing. There was only paper inside instead of the pant.

This is unacceptable, and I demand a full refund or a replacement of my order. Please look into this matter urgently and take action against the delivery guy and company who cheated me.
