i had order the dress from fashion reel. But i have received old and torn dress material today 10.02.2023 by ekart. I had paid for this 799. This material is so old.

So i request you to look into this matter and help me.

I ordered Sony neckband and earbuds but wrong order send me so please change the product or refund money

Firstly receives wrong product which is not expected at all. tried to contact all side but no is not reachable, out of service getting . got cloths which is already used took order of 799rs i want my money back any how. there is no such site for return delivery also .
Mobile no:- [protected] for pickup and return this no was there on parcel bt it showing out of service. I will take this complaint up i want my money back.

Company offers Combo (2 Nos.) Boat Smart watch at Rs. 1599/- but on 4th February delivered by Ekart courier only one (1No) normal and used damage condition watch which was old torn and not running condition even the back cover was kept open in the parcel box.

The product is totally defective, torn and not functioning. the number of products given out for sale is 1. i had ordered for a different color and quality of product. '

It cost 1599 for the order, on website it was showing Bluetooth earbuds but the product received was a headphones. This company is fraud kindly take action on them.
