I have order a dress from them using Instagram and they given a old jeans pant instead of the item which I have ordered and the cost of the product was Rs.899...

Rain coat order on 5 June 2022 payment paid by ptm but still product not received nor any details about product when going yo arrived mail aur wattsup i thing do they aur fraud plz return my paint aur i will file compail in conumer

I paid 349rs online to merchant called Fashion street for ordering a night suit via Razorpay. Looks like it was fraud. I have attached payment details with this complaint

I booked one dress in online thro whatsapp for rs 8500, they were talking nicely and after payment received they are not responding and blocked my no and my account in facebook.
I didn't received the product yet, i paid on jul 23, they are not attending my calls
