I placed an order and made an online payment, haven't received the order and its been 45 days, no response from customer care either

I had ordered yoga statue from fashionhood. I have not received any order status from that website only messege i received was amount got credited to jagdish jaghadiya from UPAY.

No order id was generated and no other communication i have received from fashionhood.

I ordered one jacket online from fashion good.in website . But they have not delivered the product yet . My order ID is 6976 ....

On March 2nd, 2022, I had ordered 'Potter Magic Pillow Slip POL-0058' worth ₹200/- (₹100/- for the product and ₹100/- as shipping charges). The website mentioned that upon order, the customer shall receive a response mail confirming the order with order number within 24 hours or soon. I have not received any response from the company. I have written to them on their website contact us page, there is no response. I have also called but they say the number is switched off. The order page of the website gives no tracking number for me to track the details.

I ordered products worth ₹900 and paid them but no mail received for the confirmation. They’re not even replying to mails I sent them

I paid fashionhood ₹459.00 on[protected] and never received any communication or services from them.

The website Fashionhood.in is fake. I ordered items for 1800 but I did not get the item delivered. All I got was a mail saying "Your Order at JAGDISHBHAI HADIYA is successful". Please look into the issue and do the needful.

They are fooling people with products from other website, the phone number, address and email is all fraud.

I have made a purchase with details as below on the above website. other than the mail below, i have not received any messaged on delivery updates etc. on my order. further they are not responding to my mails. the number provided on the website for contact is switched off and is also not a valid WhatsApp number as mentioned on the website. request your help in getting the refund please.
