Fasttag Complaints & Reviews

I have travelled from Shimla to Delhi on 21 June 2022 and toll deducted from Paytm Fasttag RS 265/- but actual charges are RS 65/- I want refund against it.

Hdfc fast tag application number is hr[protected] its promised to deliver fasttag in 7 working days.

Wallet id is created but still i dont have any update about fasttag.

Hdfc fasttag helpline number doesn't work.

No idea when the fasttag will be delivered.

Fully disappointed with hdfc bank and i want to travel on february 5 2020 to chennai around a trip of 1800kms

I have applied for fasttag through hdfc bank by paying Rs.500/- on 5/1219 hdfc bank assured that fast tag will be delivered within 7 woking days hdfc official and fast tag are not responding in spite of repeted follow up by telephone provided by them fast tag yet to be received first time i applied for fasttag through hdfc bank and after all procedures completed and also after detecting rs 500 from my hdfc account fasttag app terminated abruptly . Hdfc has to refund rs 500 and no action has been taken by hdfc to return money rs.500 immediately v.radhakrishnan

Double Charged

I was travelling through NH8 from gurgaon. At manesar toll, I did not use the fast tag lane and the toll agent charged me cash Rs 65 for toll.
But when I checked account, they also charged me through fast tag as well.
