Ordered for 2.2k, and didnt receive any response from their side regarding the order. i want refund...

I ordered a product but no response. Pls take action against this...

I had placed an order for a kurti with Fathis Designer Studio, Alappuzha on July 15, made payment also. It's said in their website that the product will be delivered in 30 days. It's almost 3 months now, I haven't still received my kurta. When I tried to reach out to them they not responding properly, I ordered it to wear for a function and I requested them to deliver it atleast by September 3p and no reply, I asked for refund still no reply from their side. Finally I checked their review on Google and that's when I found out that this is their usual business, lots of their customers have complained the same thing. And the owner she is shamelessly posting new product videos on Instagram without clearing her pending orders and they accepting orders. I am fed up trying to contact them. I want compensation for wasting my time and resource.
