I am settled abroad and do send remittance back in India. Accounts were verified by RBI long time ago and I used to help my siblings. Today my siblings account ( saving account ) was freezed and then reinstated without given any information! I feel disappointed by such actions and lost trust in your bank. I may look for some other back in oder to avoid such things in future...

I have ordered Shampoo in www.shopclues.com on 10/6/2013 transaction goes to ccavenue gateway and money deducted and displayed blank page. And order is falied.
I have contacted ccavenue help dest but no response from their my ccavenue Ticket ID is 37408
