Without patient consent personal information, pregnancy details have been shared with the government hospital, king kothi.

We have submitted for birth certificate within 3 days of birth, however as per customer service will receive confirmation via sms within 2days, its almost a 10days no confirmation received yet and no proper solution and response, tried contacting on provided landline no[protected][protected] [protected] unable to connect, need kind attention and response to resolve the above issue.

My wife is 6 months pregnant and we were advised to take certain tests by Dr. Anusha gala from Fernandez hospital. The scanning and tests are taken at a different building in Hyderguda. This complaint is to let people coming here to know how unorganised the staff is at the venue. We were asked to move out of the building and stand in the hot sun. When I questioned and asked why do we need to go because my wife had 2 more blood tests pending in an hour. They said that’s because there are ladies who are carrying twins. This makes us feel that ladies who are not carrying twins are given no consideration to sit in the lobby for their next tests.. my wife and I had to wait in the sun outside the building till our next appointment.. for a basic scan we had to wait for more than 4 hours to complete it.. the experience with this hospital has been pathetic and would never recommend anyone to this hospital especially to get any tests done.. the charge for each test is much more than any other hospital and the experience is the worst..

My name is Mounika.I went to Fernandez when I am in 6th month of pregnancy.my birth was happend on feb 1 st 2020 in bogulkunta branch.

3d scanning:
After I started visting to this hospital.they asked me to go for 6th month scan.which is double charge comparing to outside.so I asked them what is the difference between outside and inside of Fernandez.they explained me that it is like 3d scan which is very clear scanning of baby than outside.

After birth:
They taken baby for all tests in bogulkunta branch and charged 5k rupees and said no issues.baby is perfectly alright.

1st review
We visited 1 st review in miyapur branch.i think doctor name is subramanyam pediatrician.he checked baby he said everything is fine.but for jaundice you need to go bogulkunta branch for photo therapy.so as it is very far to us.on same day we went another hospital name vishnu hospital chandanagar.after going to that hospital.doctor just checked her heart beat and said baby heart sound is different.please visit pediatric cardiologist asap.we visited pediatric cardiologist as she is having minor hole in her heart.

My question is
1.what is use of 3d scanning in fernanadez??
2.what is use of after birth tests??
3.what is the use of 1 st review with senior most doctor?he cant even find out the heart sound??

Hi, I Aged 50 years, was getting a treatment in Fernandez hospital and they have informed to take a biopsy test and during the test the doctor named Kameshwari from Fernandez, Hyderguda was not able to do the test properly and took it for more than 30 minutes which resulted in a long lasting pain for many days with which i was not able to even stand and no tablet was given for the pain to cure from the hospital ...

And was called to take the test reports and in the test reports it was mentioned that the test was done incorrectly as the samples of tissue were not taken during the test and the test results stated that (No evidence of Endometrial tissue in the biopsy submitted ), as the biopsy test was done to check the Endometrial tissue .

The thickness is 10mm and when consulted the doctor Kameshwari, she was not even ready to speak to me regarding it and was very arrogant and was informed to wait for 2 months to do the test again as the test was incorrectly done by her ... she dint care to even speak and was very arrogant with me ...

I hope that this will be taken care and I request to give me credit regarding the wrong test done and the long lasting pain which resulted due to it for many days due to which even I cannot stand ...
