I have ordered for 4 fancy Dresses and I got 4 ugly sarees, which are in a very bad condition …..
and no response from then...inspite of mailing so many times ...and no one lifts the phone at all...so bad

I ordered 3 kuties and 1 saree but received all 4 sarees of worst quality. Kuties i ordered is each of 400 rs and 1 saree of 500 rs but saree what i received hardly of 100 rs. I called delivery boy he was telling his task only to deliver product he doesn't know about company. And customer care didn't picked the call... I filled the return form. I got the message saying my return will be processed under 10 working days but nothing happened afterwords.

I lost my 2000rs on this fake website. My order number was 14205.

Please take appropriate action on this company.

Before placing any order please see the reviews for that company.

Please check my return request. It's too late. I need money back in my Paytm account. I wanted to purchase the items of my choice.
My order number was 13483...
I filled the return form on 2nd September and today is 11th September...I received a mail that within 10 days I will received back the money but you have not kept your promise.

I have ordered three fancy kurtis worth 1392 but received only three pieces of torn and old clothes. My order no. Is 15586. Kindly take action against such companies who are just cheating the customers and earning a lot of money by the cheating business. It is because of such companies, we are losing trust on any online shopping website. If strict action is not taken against such frauds it will be difficult for other companies to run online shopping services.
It is my humble request to you please take necessary actions against the company and make arrangements so that we can get refund of our hard earned money.

My order number 14914 was placed on 1st of sep and i received it on 5th of sep. The item i ordered was a long kurti however the package sent to me was of a torn and dirty saree. I have been trying to contact the fevrona via emails and filling some stupid forms however nothing is happening. There isnt any response from them or acknowledgement on my any if the query. I have shared my paytm details fir the refund also. Kindly help me. I tried getting in touch with them via phone number which is available on their site fevrona.com however that us also a fake number which is just being mentioned to fool people around. Please help me and i would really appreciate.

I have ordered 2 fancy kurtis worth rs. 961.85. They delivered defected and used saree on 3rd september 2018. They cheated me for delivered wrong products. I have tried their numbers and websites but it doesn't exist. Please take your products back and return back my money. Kindly so that i can get my money back.

I have ordered for one fancy kurti amounting to rs 530.92 but they delivered one pieces of damaged saree and when i tried to call the given number on website the number doesn't exit. I don't understand how to return the product and get my money from the vendor. My order number is-10520 which is placed on 24.08.2018 and product delivered today on 13.08.18.

I have ordered 3 sarees from the website fevrona.com with order no 12551. The site sent me all torn and stained sarees which were totally diffrent from my order. The sarees are all cheap and badly torn out. One saree is totally blood stained. I tried calling on their contact number but their contact no is not working. I dont know how to get my money back.
