Loan account close but acitve on cibil.

Dear ficcl team,
I have taken a personal loan of amount Rs.4000/- on paytm postpaid.
i have paid all the loan amount on mobile application with all the dues. The last emi paid it was on 6th of June 2023.
Please proceed too close my loan account on cibil as soon as possible because its impacting my cibil score from last 5 month.
The loan account number as below-

Hi team,
It was bad experience in moneyview app (Ficcl). I have made payment timely and closed the loan without any issue but still showing as active in cibil report. Kindly help me to resolve the issue.

Password for the pdf file is 10111984
