Regarding fake offer of loan and processing fees

I have applied for a personal loan ref. FINBULL INDIA ID: #142287 and paid an amount to Rs. 379.00 + Rs.1460 + Rs. 2650.00 + Rs. 4180 for loan processing fees.. But till date No has been disbursed to my account. as well as in your FINBULL INDIA SITE it has been shown that in 24 Hrs. the loan will be disbursed. But more than 7 day have passed and the same description has been shown on your site. So I request you to kindly disburse my loan in my account or refund my money immediately in my bank account . (Payment details enclosed indicated in colour).

Hi.
I had gone through this site and applied for a personal loan of value - 15 lacs and also paid two service charges of value - 779 and 2460.
I was again asked to make another service charge payment of 4500 and this is again before any sort of disbursement has begun.
I am not able to get any response from them and neither do they have a call centre number for the same.
