I agree that you have paid 25000 + Tax and done your registration in January 2017 for Quebec Immigration Process For Canada. But just an year before Sir, and not two years as you have falsely alleged.

But since January 2017 till 24/03/2018 Quebec Province Nomination Program has not Opened.

How can we apply without province getting open?

If you can prove that the province related to your requirement was open in between and during that time if we have failed to submit your application then in that case we are bound refund your full money, no questions asked.

We have sent you email for the same and even I personally being the Director of this company have communicated with you for the same several times.

Every time I have personally WhatApp you for this and explained you once the Province would Open we will submit your application in Quebec.

I would further like to point out that we are not fraudster as unlawfully alleged by you. If that were the case, I would not have been available to my clients. Also note that you do not qualify for any province except Quebec, so you have made us helpless to accommodate your immigration.

It may also not be ruled out that since the way you have put baseless allegations on us, we can also do the same to for deliberate defamation.

It is true that first step immigration has done fraud with me.

1) It is totally false that you have answered all the phone ne calls. Nobody was responsible for answering my question at most of the times. Apparently no one answered the call. Not even you. Do i need to contact mobile network providers ?

2) As a director you only calculated my points and convinced me that i am eligible for Quebec. (Every director of company does that when it comes to customer handling; not a special thing you have done). Then trusting you only i have given you registration fees.

3) Your organisation was sending promotional messages like “get Canada PR in 5 bands and 5.5 bands”. I have many screenshots to prove that.

4) I am not the only one to experience your fraud, you can easily identify on your google reviews. I have contacted some of them. The issue is same.

5) Regarding my qualifications for Quebec, I have provided each and every document you asked for. For this you can check your email.

6) If i knew that Quebec is open or not then why should i contact immigration agency? As per my knowledge, you were not able to lodge my application because it got full and you were late. I remember your words like “we have more than 10 years of experience in this, and can definitely get you PR” (before getting registration fees).
