I am filing complaint against fit wise watch.
i have received wrong watch. when i start to call company for refund. they ask me to send sms on given no. soon as i send message i have received message from bank that upi registration has been started. i cut the phone immediately.
i want to file complaint against this fraud company...

Dear sir,
I was ordered to fitness X watch through given on line link kartconnectt.com for 1+1 watches on 25/06/2021ordered material received through cash on delivery 4299 rs/-blue dart after receive opened, 28/06/2021the box and checked 02 watches are not working condition, different company name also, i thought after battery charging it will be on, but both watches are not shown battery, I would like to replace/cancel the order...

Fit wise watch was received on 1st Feb-2021 paying Rs 3000/-COD thru" Bluedart courier"I tried to recharge the same as instructed by the company for so many times but it was not getting recharge.Same thing informed to management thru"[protected]@kartconnectt.com
on the same day night. They didn't answer.Yesterday also I asked same thru'e-mail but no response at all-
