I have ordered 40kg rubber dumbbells set for home gym set my order id is #24853 I made an 1999₹payment through the phone pay you mode on 17-jan -2021 my payment id is MOJO1117Q05D93591983 BUT after I read the review of the site and read about the complaints from customer support
I thought my money got spoil and no kind of dumbell can't be deliver in future

Fraud of 4300 rupees through fake website of gym equipments

Dear sir/mam,
Its the bigger scam that too on a larger scale.
First the www.fitnessworld.in is a fake website, if copied the website of www.fitness-world.in
It includes all gym products of lakhs of rupees. Many machines of 80000 rs, and more, and everything is ordered after paying the amount only. No cash on delivery option.
It is a fake website, controlled by FRIENDS TRADERS. I ordered my order no. 24604, with 3 items, 4299 rupees.
I earns rupees 10000 per month and i ordered this, my biggest mistake. Who will take care of poor people like me, earning very less amount and frauds like these will kill people like me.
From 27th november, the status is still in processing, no delivery date, no nothing. I just saw the consumercomplaints about that website, I'm in a great shock. I exchanged few mails to them giving them more greed by saying that i will order 50000 rs machines if you delivers my this order as soon as possible. But then too, no response, they mails me, inform us when the order reaches at your door.(in block letters). Please help me to get my refund. And please try to stop these kind of people from thugging the ordinary people of my country. They are thugs, looters. They uses uncertified website too. I'm attaching few screenshots and also will attach before returning status and after returning status to consumercomplaints.
I was just to cancel the order, just was waiting for proofs and this consumercomplaints opened my eyes far earlier. Thank you consumercomplaints. And please help me to get my refund back. I was typing in the consumercomplaints from past 40 minutes and now, i have requested return from the website. Please take me out from this marshland before i gets sink in it. I'm attaching return screenshots to you. Please help me for a refund. Products are with them only, status is im processing till now. No delivery date, no packing, no shipping till now.

Complaint marked as Resolved My refund i got yesterday night.
Total from ordering to getting refund back it took 8 days. I was in terror, but its all cool.
We are happy now. Thank you for everyone who contributed.

Updated by Raja_diwakar I had updated my complaint 2nd time but it is deleted by you.I'm saying you again. I did complaint as it is described above in the main conplaints, so regarding that- 2 times someone called from consumercomplaint helpline saying me that they will help me getting back the refund and they have their own app naming ANYDESK, so download that. I did, they took the remote control of my mobile, they took my address. This kind of call came to me 2 times from consumercomplaints helpline. Was it really from consumercare helpline? I have voice recordings of both the calls. But taking the remote control of my mobile is legal violation of my right to privacy which is a fundamental right.
No problem if it is real consumercomplaint helpline, i will let it do anything for getting my refund back from the incomplete business from fitnessworld.
For now i shall give you up the update from fitnessworld website.
They now says that the product is not serviceable to my address. And again, no update of any refund, no status of anything. No one is attending the call. THE NUMBERS THEY ARE PROVIDING ARE ALREADY OUT OF SERVICE AND ONE OF THEM ALREADY BLOCKED ME. Not attending any calls after looting the money. Please help me out. No where it happens, as if we goes to buy a product and gives money and he will not give product or he will not give money back.
It is totally illegal in India as far as i know. I'm attaching the screenshots of mail by them today. See yourself, nothing is mentioned there. No update of anything. Just rich people are playing with the people like me. We can't even fight them. They may be powerful for sure.

I talked to the owner mr. Nitin katyal, mob: +[protected], +91-[protected] before ordering he promised delivering 10, 000 rs. Worth gym equipment within 20 days, it's been 40 days he has not even shipped the until now, to fool us he provided a fake courier tracking number after 35 days, obviously he never sent the items.
A criminal case has been filed against this fraud man for jeopardizing people's money. This website never send the product, they provide fake courier tracking number and fraud customers. Highly toxic website don't even think about buying anything from them. I ordered gym equipment's 40 days ago, they not even shipped them till now.
