Fitsense Smartwatch Complaints & Reviews

I had ordered a Fitsense smartwatch at INR 1999/- but i have received the delivery of i8Pro max watch (actual cost is between INR 700-900).

When I asked for return & refund they have denied for the same.

On their website the refund policy is there.

I raised the query to them through their website also connected on whatsapp with their representative. But they have replied on whatsapp stating they cannot return the money back.

This is pure misguiding and would like to take action against it.

I had ordered fitsense smartwatch through the add coming on the website on 19-8-22 and paid through my SBI credit card Rs.1999/- it was not settled. I didn't receive any confirmation on email but received message so i checked the website and came to know that the website is fake company is fraud. yester day i received message through Pickrr that it has delivered. i opened the box but it contained a bottle with some granules. please check...
