Hi I have ordered Chair from Flan shop and payment went to Flake shop

payment was done via credit card for Rs 1499 for office chair and received a confirmation that your order is placed successfully – order number 2147 on 17th Jan 2021 but no confirmation received on shipment and the website is showing fraud .

The advt was in Facebook so I thought its authentic but its a fraud – please help in getting my...

I have ordered Apex chair worth 1499 through flanshop.in online shop advertisment on Facebook, Order No. 1338 on 31st Dec'2020.

I have paid full amount at the time of order, Still I dont know the status of the same.

I have attached the screenshots for the same for your information.

Please do the needfull.
