Dear Sir/Mam, I ordererd a phone (Redmi k20 pro) from FLIPKART worth Rs24, 999 through Bajaj Finserv EMIs on 23rd June, 2020. The package was delivered to me today by Xpressbees. The delivery boy took a photo of my id, handed over the parcel to me.
When I opened it, I found that the phone box seals were broken and the phone was missing from the box. The delivery boy was gone by that time.
When I looked at the packet again carefully, I noticed a cut in the middle of the packet which was pasted from inside by a tape.

I have booked my order 20/03/2020 ..iam waiting above 3 months ..last time they are updates status your order is cancelled...

I had ordered infinix hot 9 pro via flipkart on 5 june 2020 and product track details shows that it has to ship on 14 sunday june but now 16 june its not packed or shipped

I ordered a shirt on 9th june when it will be delivered. This is pathetic. It was supposed to be a gift and it is still not delivered

But dear if i was not need my order. Why i was waiting 2 months ago? More
Times contacted flipkart support agent call and mail but not any response
Told me please create a fresh order. When i was purchased price ₹10999 and
Bank offer 10% but now mobile
Price drop and bank offer not available. So i want same price my order or
Compansation. But flipkart not agree.
I was complain nch but not agree.

I ordered MI A3 from flipkart and it reach the hub to out of delivery the i contacted the delivery agent the thay said there is no delivery for next two days after this i again contacted the delivery agent then they said the order was cancelled by the seller .
This is done not my mistake
So can you please reinstate the order, I need the product

I have placed redmi 8 for flipkart on march 21st but now itself the product has not delivered last twenty days i followup customer care executive as please wait your product has delivered as soon as possible but yesterday flipkart customer care executive as please cancel your order they not possible delivered you its very worst reply to me

Let’s start with this stupid company. I am from canada and i ordered shoes from myntra which is going to deliver two months before. I understand in covid-19 situation but after month i ordered which i have received. Problem is i got 70% off and they are not giving on same product so they are not delivering. Scammers. They don’t care about promotion. Even they never reply they don’t believe in communicating. I suggest you guys don’t buy any product i will cancel and go with other merchant i will pay 500rs more but my mind will be not disturb because of these are #. Hate you guys i will right every where. You disturbed me and you waste my time you have to pay by your business. I will right other review but not now let’s see my other product on myntra which i’m. Going to get 11th june 2020. I can right good review if i get my product on time but wait for time how you punctual.

Hi, i have ordered redmi 8 phone from flipkart on 25th jan, this order supposed to delivered on 28th jan but was not delivered. Then i complaint to flipkart and they assured me that i will get my order on 29th but again order was not delivered. After many follow-up flipkart send me a message that my issue will be resolved by 4th of fab but can't see any progress on this issue. Need help to resolve my issue.

Interesting part is my order still showing "delivery" on 29th jan.

I need help to fill the complaint against the flipkart and the seller.

Some money in my flipkart account wallet: i want to buy the phone by doing it to him, but he is automatically getting canceled. From your side how can i buy phone please help me sir to solve my problems. By having the money in my flipkart and i want to use it. According to flipkart customer care, i can buy everything except ciba i can buy everything according to flipkart customer care i can buy every thing except phones. Because my orders automatically cancelled by seller. And i am a student i have no. More money. And i have 11000 in my flipkart wallet. Please sir help me to buy this phone please don't cancel my order. I really need a phone.

I ordered redmi k20 pro, the delivery boy charged me rs.2550 extra, so i told the delivey boy that i'll talk to flipkart, so flipkart told me that my product is in hold & i'll get the product whenever i want paying extra. Rihght now i got to know that my product will return to seller. So m rqequesting seller to deliver my product as the status is showing that my product is in nearest hub.. I have attached the screenshot.

My old phone is everything good, courier agent deny to take it due to slightly discolour side of headphone point.
He deny & tell to pay? 1400 more for get new redmi 8.
This kind of harassment not acceptable. Flipkart give me exchange value of redmi 5a 2 gb ram & 16 gb memory. But my phone is 3 gb ram & 32 gb memory. So i get less amount as my phone specification.
I want my new phone redmi 8 without any more extra payment, if you not process it then i will lodge a complain in national consumer forum & social media. This harassment not acceptable.

I have a wallet balance with my flipkart account iam using that amount for my purchase but seller cancelling my orders in seconds. Iam helpless it's been 15 days i'm trying again and again same thing happens. I spoke with customer service and they are not helping even. I fed up with flipkart.

I purchased december 12th redmi 7 the second day phone is dead condition and i complain to flipkart about the phone flipkart take action and they said seller will come and check the phone the next day seller send a person to check the phone and they cancel the complaint three time i i give the complaint seller cancel the complaint they are very irresponsible my phone is damage and i cannot able to use that phone the phone take 6 hours to get full charge useless phone please take any action about the seller flashstar commerce

Dear sir,

The company booked my phone order (Redmi-8-sapphire-blue-64gb) on 7th november 2019. But on the next day.

The seller cancelled my order without any notification. I waste a lot of time and book order. If there is item stock is not available why they are waste our time. And why booked my order. I got mentally torched with there behave.

Please avoid purchasing phone from flipkart they don't have any control over the seller. Fighting with them for more than 4 weeks they unable return or refund.

Return option not engaged in my order (They conveyed as technical issue) after ten days it showed return option closed.
Called several times and registered formal complaint
Escalated issue to flipkart grievance officer
After several follow up flipkart on 25th oct said return initiated technician will come on 28th october but i got sms on 27th saying return cant be fufiled by the seller sorry

Issue yet to get resolved

Maine big 1st august ko flipkart se redmi k20 order kiya tha aur 6 august ko mujhe phone delivery mila maine packet khola to phone ka box ka packing khula hua tha aur ek side ka seal bhi toota hua tha aur ek side ka laga hua tha maine flipkart ko call kiya k phone ka seal toota hua hai wo boli k ap box open karo mai line me hi hoon box open kiya to box me phone nhi tha wo ek complaint le li aur boli k aapka phone ya paisa refund ho jayega...

I bought a product redmi note 7 pro but it was a defective product i create return request two times but there is a technician visit i showed him the problem but the technician was unable to resolve the problem i went to mi service centre they showed me the fault also they gave me the job sheet which is the evidence that the product delivered to me is not working properly.
