I have paid clearly 12 EMI's but they told still 2000 pending from my account,

I have paid clearly 12 EMIs but they told still 2000 pending they told last month bounce our cheque but same EMI day my payment done to loan account, i have submitted proof, but right now they blaming 2000 compulsary need to pay, so please take action on flexiloans as fullerton india pvt ltd.

While searching in the internet for business loans i came across a company named flexiloans.com.in the website it was written that after submission of the documents if everything is proper loan will be sanctioned in 48hours.
