I purchase a neckless on 9 April . Product was worst and i return the product same day. Product id is OD[protected] and still not get my 300/-refund..
Max time by customer support give me 73 hours before 3days.
I still looking for my refund
I share my bank statement as per company's terms and conditions. Then why this type of delay facing me again and again...

Hi i have ordered a mobile phone on 23rd sep and the phone has reached the nearest hub on 27th sep and is out for delivery, but the delivery executive did not call even once and stated that customer rejected in ekart webiste, I called to the customer care all they told was that my promise date is 29th sep and product will be delivered on 29th sep, and on 29th sep 1Am they cancelled the product.

Before 13 days i make complaint for return product but no one has come to picked product. I complaint 4 time before this. But no one responded it. Now customer care executive bolacked my no please resolved my issue. Flipkart always dilivered third class product. They shows another picture when we are selecting product and delivered another product. This was not happened once but so many time but i think why i complaint let's forget this but...
