Flipkart Seller Complaints & Reviews

Dear Sir,

Defected Phone (Audio calling issue & Call Disconnected Issue) Received i have complain and call same day about Defected phone .
After 10 Days they Send Technicion who cheaked phone and Recomded to Seller Replace Phone.
But Till now Seller (MyFhoneStor) not Replaced my Mobile i facing same issue last an Month
Flipkart Order no OD[protected]
Please Replace my phone or Refund amount...

I sent a full rc drift car that cost over 1100 rs and in return i have recieved a 200 rs car i have also signed the manifest with the same detail when i recieved the return item

Also uploaded all the required pics and opened the return package right in front of the courier guy, Still Flipkart rejects the SPF claim

They are not providing appropriate solutions against tickets i have raised every time we contact seller support they say that team is working on your issues. I have raised ticket on 13 aug 2019 and after that every day i am contacting seller support but not getting any satisfactory solution and even if order get cancelled from their side (Because of logistics problem etc) they put order on re-attempt and take extra charges for reattempt....
