TOUCH SCREEN AND CALIBRATION NOT WORKING

I purchased the said mobile on 30/07/2009 at Twins mobile communications ,Statue,Trivandrum.On 16/11/2009 onwards the said phone's touch screen and calibration were not functioned. [The said defects is with in three and half months ,from the date of purchase]On 17/11/2009, i handed over the said mobile phone,along with the original purchase bill and warranty card to your customer service centre"ACCEL FRONTLINE SERVICES LIMITED'...

DS 500 mobile phone - Company service center unable to repair the phone even after 6 months

Hi,
I bought a FLY DS 500 mobile phone from bangalore. The touch screen LCD of the phone broke, when we accidently dropped the phone. I contacted the service center "serveaze 1" on 21-Nov-2008 (complaint # 338) and they mentioned that tehe LCD will be available with in 2 week's time. Then onwards my wait started.

I was given mutiple contacts for the person incharge, at different times. I was interacting...
