I am anisha chawal, i also suffering this harrasement from one year. I took a project of 900 forms from this company. At the time of agreement the employee of this company told me that if i am not able to submit work on time or any cancellation after the agreement then i have to pay 4700 for the loss of the company. After the completion of time i submit my work and then one lady called me named urwashi rawal (Advocate associate)[protected]. She told me that i have to pay 25000 for the closure of project if i am not pay the money then they issued arresr warrant against me. I am very scared that time and somehow i pay the amount of 1 lakh approximately for the closure of the project. And afterwards after some time they started calling regularly for the money. They also said if i am not pay the money they send a legal notice against my father's name at my address. After one year they continuously called for the money. Hi all, the above mentioned company which I was working for form filling. As per agreement I had to finish 900 forms which I did and later they said it's failed and asked me to pay rejection fees. Till date I have paid almost 2lks to this company. now few days back I got case withdrawal Letter from lawyer. And today again I got a call saying need to pay 30500 again.

I had already registered complaint against fo technology here.
I had paid two times then also they had told me that pay for third time.
And now they send me that they file arbitration case against me in new delhi.
I had taken work from home from this company in january 2019.
But they send me that your qc report is failed and you have to pay 4500 rupees to company.
Then i had paid it for two times because they said that payment is not received.

I md jawed alam, i am from jharkhand i start work data entry work with f o technology company. Company provide me work, after 9 days i submit my work. After 2 days he a mail come to my email id. Sir mere ghr se muje bhut force kia tha ki marriage pe aa ja bcz tare ek hi bhai he, but me marriage me nhi jana chahta tha because agr me marriage me jata to meri exam miss ho jati, or agr exam miss ho jati to aage bhut taklif pdti srudy me. Me marriage me nahi jane wala tha so me study me meri exam ke lie work kru ya fir vo job kru !

This side aditya i got the call from fo technologies and said me the work detail and told me no need to pay resigistration fee we"ll make payment after deduct the registration amount. And told me demo of the work they didn't ask me agreement and bank details. And when i filled 900 forms in 9 days after completing my given work and waiting for payment call so they said to me i have done mistakes more then allow, and when i searched in the net then it came to know that it is a fraud company that similar to one prox company which has been banned, it does not pay anyone and it forces everyone like this and asked me for penalty and forced me to fill amount. They sent a legal notice so
Please help me... If sir had so much money to give me, then why do you work only in plz sir meri help karo plz

Was looking for part time jobs an this company approached me and said that it was not lot of work and can be completed easily and didn't give us time to go through the fake agreement (Confirmed by my lawyer as all agreements are done in the same stamp paper). They aske to fill 900 forms within 9 days, i could complete only about 600 forms for which advocate named yashwant desai. He said if i pay 4700, then the file will be closed, so i paid the amount, then i received a call from another caller and he said that i have to work for 11months as per the agreement, i said i didn't want to work, then he asked me to pay about 13000/- to cancel the agreement, so being afraid, i paid the amount, all of a sudden they said that i should be present in latur court for which again they said i don't have to come to the court if i pay for digital signature 12000/- rs, i paid the same and i received a noc inn the name of fo technology and thereby my file is closed from the advocate yashwant desal.

They were very forceful that everything should be done within their time.

After 3 days i received a mail stating that arbitrary court from delhi has issued court pay order for about 40000/- i should come to the court and pay the amount within 3 days, note i had not received any notice or summons.

After about 15 days again i received calls from different numbers that i they are calling from arbitrary court delhi and threatened that they will show what a advocate is and when they send a court notice through courier to your residence with a penalty of about 80000/-, i don't know what to do. Request you to pls help as many poor guys who are ready to work as they require money are trapped in this company.

Then i registered with them by providing adhaar card details photo and signature.. After that i received a agreement on my mail id and in the agreement it was mentioned that if i dont work or leave the job in between or if i dont complete the work with 90% accuracy then i have to pay penalty of 4700 to the company.. So after reading all the terms and condition i started my work. But after few days i searched on google about the company and found many complaints about that company... They generate fake qc report and then threaten the employee for the money.. I also verified their agreement by my lawyer and he said that the agreement is fake... Please help me sir.. Or they will call and threat me also

I am a student, i was looking for part-time jobs to meet my college fee and exam fee during searching for part-time job i saw a part time job and applied for it for that i met an accident and my friend laptop was damaged when was planning to use his laptop. I immediately called my recruiter and informed her. This company is a fraud company i want to inform all my friends that this company is tugging people on the name of work from home.in which this organisation is not going to tell you how to do work where to find it and also no intimation been provided by them. They first took 4700 from me as the name of default charges and then i received a call saying to cancel the agreement also i have to pay 12580rs. What kind of non sense is this and there employees doesn't talk with respect they will talk to you as you were asking money from them. My work was to fill 900 forms in nine days then i started working there i have completed my target but my accuracy was not achieved and then after 9 days i got a call of an advocate from fo technology and asked me for payment of penalty within 1:30 pm on same date otherwise they would file a case against me i belong to a very poor family and currently a student however i arranged the money and paid them but even then they are torturing me via sms and mails that my case no * is going for further proceeding and also asked me to settle the mediation my exams are near and i cant even concentrate...
So plzzzz help me to get out of this mess...

I am bhanuteja.. I was joined for form filling in fo technology. It was 900 forms for the accuracy 810 forms.. I submitted my work two days back. They didn't sent the qc report yet. I checked my project 2 times after completion. But they were asking money to pay as my failure.. Advocate texts me continuously till morning.. If i dont pay.. They are harassing me that they will consult my nearest police station.. I dont know what to do now sir.. Kindly please solve my problem as early as possible

I want to complain that withdue there agreement i have completed my work upto cut off 810 with in the given time period. So they are saying me to deposit 7800 rupees for extension. They are harassing me again n again by calls and emails and just saying to pay the amount which is exactly opposite from the agreement and there also going back from their words. So this is completely irrelevant and wrong. So kindly take a strict action against that company.
