Ordered a handsfree wired heardset from fommy.co.in website. Initially was told would be delivered in 3 days after asking my location. When i saw no update till 4th day. Enquired with customer service. Am told will check into it. No update even after 6th day. On enquiry again, told that it would be shipped only after 7 days as the product has to come from the US. The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved.
