I have submitted my fresh form for new Ration card on 13/2/2009 wide application ID-[protected],in the name of RAMESH KUMAR RAY S/O JAG MOHAN RAY.
Till date department not be able to make my ration card.
Kindly some body ask where shuld I go for complaint.

COMPLAINT AGAINST FIXED PRICE SHOP VENDOR SHOP NO 5527
Respected Sir,
My self Anita sharma holder of ration card no AAY55270158 making a complaint against Fixed price shop vendor Ms Kishan Singh having Shop no 5527 at J-34 Jahangir puri Delhi 110033 for these following Problems
1. Opening of shop only one time at 11 am to 1 pm (monday closed)
2. talking behavior is very bad
3. Not providing ration since Five months from June...
