Football Monk Complaints & Reviews

I ordered a customized jersey on 5th octover 2021. On their website, it says "customized jerseys are dispatched within 4-5 days." However, today is October 19th( 2 weeks) and when I go to track my order, it still says "processing". When I first called their customer support, the person said we will dispatch by Monday(18th October) today is 19th and they still have not dispatched. This website is a total scam DO NOT order anything from this website. Instead, order from a real well known company to avoid getting scammed. Today I sent an email demanding a refund, I will update you guys when I get a response.

I have ordered the jersey on 12 October 2021 but it was not dispatched yet

I have ordered a Redmi note 10 pro phone case on April 15th, 2021. Till now except the bill mail there has been no updates from them. I have also mailed them regarding the same still no response. Their customer care number does not work. Order id:29525

My order number: 26418
Ordered on: 16 March 2021

The company sent the wrong order and then never responded for a return. They don’t pick up calls, does not respond to emails. You are literally in a soup once you have bought anything from them.

I want my money refunded as the jersey is of no use for me.

My Order no 29208
3 Months since my order. They have sent me half of the Items in my order. They never pick up call or response to the Mail even when they do they are very Abusive. They gave me threat to not disturb them again. Very Abusive and vulgar. Guys this guy is
a cheat. Don't order from the website. Karma will do justice with him

Two weeks ago, I received the fc Barcelona away kit jersey I had ordered from footballmonk but it did not include shorts as they had promised. They had written in their website that shorts are guaranteed with every plain jersey but there were no shorts in my package, just a jersey. When I contacted and emailed them, they were answering it but were only telling me lie that their stock of shorts had got stuck due to lockdown. The last time I called them, they told me they will definitely update me on this Monday but there was no update to me.when I tried to call them and mail them they stopped answering to me.

I placed my order 2 months back. Due to lockdown they initiated rto and promised to dispatch it back. But they didn't. Now I want my refund back.

I have ordered from footballmonk.in 3 football Jersey's but received only 2 Jersey in order. They are not responding to my emails now. No contact details no shop address no any kind of details other than email to contact them.

On 30th September i have ordered tshirt from site https://footballmonk.in/ and the order is prepaid.
They promised to dispatch the order within 5-7 working days but until today they have no information about the order. They are not responding to the emails I've send .
i demanded for my refund if they cant complete the order which is Indian rupees 1075. they not completing the order neither they are responding .i fear the company to be fake . please look into matter . i will be grateful.
thank you
