I have ordered the jersey on 12 October 2021 but it was not dispatched yet

I ordered Real madrid jersey kit but I didn't received the full kit as shorts were missing.
My order no. is 49524. This site is a scam, we ordered 7 kits and shorts were missing in all of them.

I ordered a football kit which included jersey tshirt and jersey shorts, I havent received the shorts with it, also they dont have a valid number, they rarely reply on mails.,

Please look into this matter.

It's been 1 week and order tracking shows product in processing, still not dispatched.
The site said it will be dispatched within 4 5 days.no reply from them after I dropped a mail

I have ordered a T shirt from footballmonk According to them they are supposed to deliver the package maximum by 5 days till now I haven't recieved the product. They are giving false commitment to the customers.
And the contact details they give it is always busy and no one will be responding.
No one will revert back on the mail.

I had ordered 2 jersey from football monk its been more than 12 days and the package hasn't been delivered to me.I even mailed them hut no reply.Tgere contact number is also wrong

Preferred more than a month. Customer care number is fraud

Order #36641 was placed on June 25, 2021 and is currently Delivered however i didn't received my complete order since one jersey was missing and i want refund for my missing jersey. Customer care is not responsive, I contacted them multiple time but didn't hear anything.

The company sent the wrong order and then never responded for a return. They don’t pick up calls, does not respond to emails. You are literally in a soup once you have bought anything from them.

I want my money refunded as the jersey is of no use for me.

3 Months since my order. They have sent me half of the Items in my order. They never pick up call or response to the Mail even when they do they are very Abusive. They gave me threat to not disturb them again. Very Abusive and vulgar. Guys this guy is

Two weeks ago, I received the fc Barcelona away kit jersey I had ordered from footballmonk but it did not include shorts as they had promised. They had written in their website that shorts are guaranteed with every plain jersey but there were no shorts in my package, just a jersey. When I contacted and emailed them, they were answering it but were only telling me lie that their stock of shorts had got stuck due to lockdown.The last time I called them, they told me they will definitely update me on this Monday but there was no update to me.when I tried to call them and mail them they stopped answering to me.

I placed my order 2 months back. Due to lockdown they initiated rto and promised to dispatch it back. But they didn't. Now I want my refund back.

I have ordered from footballmonk.in 3 football Jersey's but received only 2 Jersey in order. They are not responding to my emails now. No contact details no shop address no any kind of details other than email to contact them.

On 30th September i have ordered tshirt from site https://footballmonk.in/ and the order is prepaid.
They promised to dispatch the order within 5-7 working days but until today they have no information about the order. They are not responding to the emails I've send .
i demanded for my refund if they cant complete the order which is Indian rupees 1075. they not completing the order neither they are responding .i fear the company to be fake . please look into matter . i will be grateful.
