I placed an order on FootballMonk.in (Order ID: 245796) on May 9, 2025. I returned the item as per their instructions and was told a refund would be processed within 5–7 business days.

Despite returning the package successfully and sending multiple follow-up emails, I have still not received my refund as of today (June 4, 2025). The company is delaying responses and not resolving the issue. I want the refund to be sent to my UPI ID: [protected]@fam immediately.

Their contact number (+91 [protected]) is not reachable and emails are going unanswered.

This delay is unfair and unprofessional. Kindly help in resolving this matter.

I ordered 1 tracksuit and 1 customized jersey from the online e-commerce platform footballmonk.in in a prepaid order. I received the order after some days however after opening the order I discovered that the customized jersey was there but the tracksuit (Priced Rs. 1949.00) was totally missing.

Initially I thought that they might partially completed the order and will deliver the other product later on. So I contacted them regarding that multiple times. However they never responded to my emails and there is no option to call as well. The Amount might not be a big but a fraud is a fraud and I think a complaint should be raised against them anyway.

Later I discovered from Trustpilot and Reddit that there are lot of customers who faced the same.

Fraud company, took the money and never delivered and no communication. Sad these kinda frauds exist and spoil the perception of e commerce

I ordered a customised real madrid dragon jersey on 24th Sept 2023 and still haven’t received it. I wrote emails and didn’t get any reply. Track number is #128217. It showed that it would take 5-6 days but it has been more than that now and no reply of my emails from the customer support, i wonder if there is any.

It has been 20 days since I ordered from footballmonk.in, they do not have the product I ordered so they started emailing me to switch to some other product. They are just making excuses, first I was told that they will issue a refund, but now they have even stopped replying to emails. They are just a fraud website, please do not order from this site.

I ordered a jersey from footballmonk.in on 26th March 2023 . It was a prepaid order through UPI an amount of 799 rupees. But now its been 2 months almost they neither refunded my money nor delivered the order.
They aren't replying to mails too.

I ordered 4 jerseys out of which 2 were faulty. When contacted them on email, they said about stock issues and said will replace the jerseys. After this communication there was no mail from their side regarding further process despite several reminder mails to them

I purchased in bulk from from them. My orders were close to 80k to 1 lakh rs. After first 2 orders, they started taking full amount of a kit and started giving me jersey alone with no refund.
No way to reach them other than email. No timely reply, terrible customer care.
Quality started fluctuating in every order. It reduced after first few orders.
Delayed and incomplete delivery drove me nuts messing up my accounts.br...

Absolute Frauds. I ordered the jersey online for which I made the full payment. But for weeks didn't hear from them. When I e-mailed them wanting to know the status of my order, they say that they don't have that particular jersey. Why did they not inform me as soon as they took the order? Why did I have to write to them after weeks of waiting and then they tell me? Extremely unprofessional! After that they told me order some other jersey. I refused and asked for my money back. They said it will be done in 2-3 days. It's been 3 weeks since then but no refund yet!

I had placed an order in Footballmonk.in for jersey, the order has been placed and the payment has been done. While placing the order it was mentioned that order will be delivered in 7 days but already 12-13 days have been passed but still no sign of delivery. I urge to stop this fake and fraudulent company and please help me get back my money.

I had ordered a customised Argentina jersey from Football Monk, the payment was done online and the order id is #90908, football monk has yet to deliver the jersey to me and the order still shows up as processing.

I placed this order on 19 August 2022, and I haven't received any update on the order apart from the initial mail.
The site too has a glitch where it says that I have not placed this order.
Please deliver the product as soon as possible or refund my money.

Order #77446 was placed on July 21, 2022 and is still showing as Processing on the site.

The Customer Care number provided [protected] keeps on rining with an automated voice stating - "please be online for a representative to pick up..." which does not happen on repeated calls and finally the call gets disconnected.

I ordered two Real Madrid Kits - Real Madrid Away Kit 2021-22 is yet to arrive worth Rs799 while Real Madrid Hoe Kit 2022-23 arrived.

Please help refund 799 INR or have the product shipped with the correct quality

I have ordered my order one month ago they haven't sent it yet. I have emailed them so many times they didn't even replied to my emails. The number they have provided is also a wrong number.

I ordered 2 jersey on 10th July but today is 12th July and till now i have not received my Tracking Id and it is showing that order is processing
please somebody help me out as it is the matter of Money

I have ordered a product and the expected delivery was on June 25th, there were no updates even after 27th, hence I contacted them and they told product is not in stock. When I asked for refund they are not giving any reply..

They should atleast communicate properly and they should solve the issue ASAP

I have ordered jersey in this particular website on June 11, 2022 but till now I have not recieved th order. I have done the payment online to. It's been a week since I ordered. Also, I have sent an email to know the status of the package and they replied that they will send it in 2 days but till now, I have not recived my order. Please help us by taking some strict actions as it is a matter of money. Please take some actions for which we shall be grateful to you.

I placed an order for customised jersey on footballmonk.in on may29 2022 with the order no: 71196 and paid online. But till today I have not got any tracking number or the product. I tried contacting them on their provided customer care number: [protected] which I suppose is a fake number since no call go through and they don't respond to mails. So please kindly take necessary action.

I had ordered a jersey on 7th April, and I am yet to receive the jersey. First they told me that the delay is due to courier issues, and they will send the jersey ASAP. Now it has been 3 weeks and still i have not received the jersey. Good i had kept the payment option as COD. This is totally disgusting service.

I got my jersey exchanged twice but they send the same size again and again. Even there were no shorts included though it was mentioned on the site. The customer team doesn't rven pick up the phone norel they reply to my emails.

I ordered a Football jersey from Footballmonk.in on 20th march 2022 and the order is still being processed. I have also tried to resolve this issue through email and calling the number mentioned on the website but no response from the seller. I request a refund from the seller....

This is a complete fraud company or website. I ordered a jersey of Rs.999/- in November & it still hasn't arrived yet.

At first, they assured the delivery within a week but now, they aren't even responding to e-mails.

Strict action must be taken against them.
